This is the second time I have had to claim and I am very impressed and relieved how quickly they accepted and paid out my claim. I had no reason to think they wouldn’t but when I was so lost in worrying about my schnauzer I couldn’t really think straight. They replied quickly to the claim and in plain speak they advised what I had to do.
Great online vet service
Napo has taken a good deal of care to look after my dog. Their online vet service is very thorough and helpful.

Hands down, Napo Pet Insurance are the best. From starting a claim—which is incredibly easy—to receiving the money in your account (once approved, of course), it takes on average just 5 working days.
I’ve had two previous insurance providers, and both were difficult to deal with and took over 45 days to eventually pay out. Napo Pet are nothing like that.
They are simply amazing—completely hassle-free. An insurance company you can genuinely rely on when you’re already stressed about your pet.

I am the proud owner of a French Bulldog and I always insure her. Most vet bills seem to just hit below the excess limit so it leads you to wonder if you even need insurance. However, I have insured my pooch from the day I got her (hoping I would never have to claim.)
I had just renewed my insurance and switched from another provider to Napo. Unfortunately, shortly after my Dog became ill with pyometra. I was worried sick about my Girl as I have lost a Dog in the past at a young age. The last thing you want to worry about in a life and death situation is finding money to care for your dog or having to skimp on care because you are funding it yourself with limited funds or a credit card.
So I rushed my Dog to the vets and she was quickly diagnosed and rushed into surgery. The bill came to £2000 which is half of my limit. I was so scared that my Dog might not make it but also about whether or not the insurance would find a way not to pay out.
With Napo I didn't have to worry at all. I paid my bill at the vets and submitted my claim online. My vets submitted the invoices on Napo's online portal and within less than a week my claim was settled and the money was in my bank.
I wholeheartedly recommend Napo. They were so kind and straight forward with me. They had to do checks to make sure I was eligible for the funds but this was all done with politeness and empathy. The first thing they did was check that me and my Dog was ok, which says alot about a company.
Their staff are genuinely kind and caring and they were a pleasure to deal with.
Whilst I never wanted to be in a situation where my Dog was seriously ill, they made the whole process easy and took a massive weight off my mind. They really do go above and beyond for their customers.
I pleased to report that my Dog is getting better and I am going about singing Napo's praises!!

Beautiful Bella
I insured my lovely Bella (Dog) at 12 years old with Napo. Shortly after, Bella needed some tests which resulted in an operation. Napo conversed with the vets and keep me in the loop, they were quick and efficient in paying any bills for Bella.
Sadly last week we had to say goodbye to Bella, Napo have been fantastic, sending me emails which have shown nothing but kindness and sympathy. They have also sent me a beautiful rose plant in the post.
Last year for Bella’s birthday they sent ingredients to make dog friendly cup cakes. They truly are a fantastic insurance company that really feels like they have your much loved pets at the heart of things. Thank you Napo, I’ll be sure to use you again if needed and I’ll always recommend you!

As a Napo customer I used the first Vet facility that comes through being with Napo insurance. It was easy to use and got first class advice from the Vet who over video call was very thorough with questions and looking at my dog who has been unwell over last couple of days. I have taken advice and made appointment with my local vet. I would definitely recommend this service as gives good advice and puts my mind at rest and sends over good tips for home remedies to help as well. Thank you Napo. Great service

Napo have been brilliant - I’ve had multiple times I’ve had to claim and it’s been stress free and quick process. With any queries I’ve had they have been prompt to respond every single time.
It is quite pricey but with how my claims have always been handled, and the support given from Napo, it’s 100% worth it.

Lou supported me every step of the way through the final journey with my boy and made an incredibly difficult time so much easier to manage.
Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the care and compassion shown meant a great deal. Claims were paid remarkably quickly — even my vets were genuinely astounded. The personal service and humanity shown throughout is something I have never experienced with any other insurance company. I’m truly grateful. Thank you.
