Stains everything it touches
the only problem I have with these capsules is the bright yellow dust on them, which stains everything they touch. I dropped one on a white cloth, and it was stained where the capsule landed. I dropped one on my lap, and my £85 jeans now have bright yellow stains where I struggled to retrieve the capsule. I'm disabled, and drop things often, but these capsules even stain my fingers and the egg cup I use to swallow my pills and supplements. It's such a bright, permanent stain that I took off a star.

The delivery service was terrible it took 10 days to receive my order. I had to contact Myvitamins on two occasions asking where my order was! I will order again as I like the vitamins I take by the delivery company aren’t good at all!!

Incredibly frustrating customer service experience
I placed an order with My Vitamins yesterday and paid extra for next-day delivery. Today, when I checked the order status, it said it had been dispatched, but I had received no delivery information.
I contacted customer service via their online chat to find out what was happening. After waiting around 20 minutes, I was finally connected to an agent, who explained that digital free gifts had been dispatched — and I still haven't received those either. Apparently, there was a problem with my delivery address (I had chosen an InPost locker), and the actual order had not been dispatched at all.
I was told that they would now dispatch it and that it would take another 24–48 hours. Naturally, I asked about the delivery charge I had paid for next-day delivery. I was told they couldn't cancel or refund it, but that I could contact them again tomorrow to ask about cancelling it.
By this point I had already been on the chat for forty minutes. I explained that I really didn't want to spend more of my weekend repeatedly contacting customer service over an order that should have arrived today. The agent then disconnected the chat and I was put back into the queue.
I eventually got through to another agent, who said they would look into my case. I explained how long I had already been waiting. They did apologise, but then took so long to respond that I was eventually logged out of the My Vitamins website. I had to log back in, and when I did, the chat had disappeared completely.
So, after a considerable amount of time wasted, I am essentially back where I started: no order, no next-day delivery, no resolution and no satisfactory answer about the delivery fee.
For me, paying extra for a service that isn't provided is disappointing enough. Having to spend most of my weekend chasing customer service to find out what's happening makes the experience considerably worse.

Rubbish Customer Service
I have used my vitamins for a few years now. I have to say that the product is amazing. But their Customer Service is rubbish.. I cancelled a monthly subscription. But once again it arrived. There is nowhere on the account page that I can cancel it? So I contacted them yesterday. They said they would pass this information onto the team that cancels the subscriptions. I can’t believe it is so difficult to cancel a subscription.

Awful returns experience
I have tried to return an order today, they are too sweet for me. I have bee on the chat for over 30 minutes repeated myself countless times, really can't be bothered now they will go in the bin. The agent Ndumiso is saying he is unable to find my order number and email. Awful exprience.
