Not enough collagen to help anyone
I ordered hydrolysed collagen, only to find that each capsule only contains 400mg of collagen, when the recommended minimum dose for improved skin, hair and nails is 2500mg, and for joints is 5000 - 10,000mg. Please do not waste your money here.

I would strongly advise people to check…
I would strongly advise people to check their shelf life at the bottom of the coconut & collagen capsules when purchased as there is only a two month window to take these capsules.
I purchased two bottles because of the deal at the time to save money but if you were to buy more bottles then you’ve had it they would definitely be out of date by the time you were to take them as this happened to my daughter.
I’ve challenged MY VITAMINS and oh my word not interested they just gave me a detailed message telling me I have X amount of capsules so I have enough days to take them before the expiry date 😡
So just say for instance
(1) I only choose to take one capsule which I get isn’t recommended but choose to anyway.
(2) busy life sometimes you can forget
(3) where does it say on their website products they have a short shelf life so therefore the recommended dose must be taken or can go out of date.
MY VITAMINS absolutely will not acknowledge the question of the short dates on this product.
At the end of the day I asked a question but they will absolutely not answer this apart from saying the capsules are made in batches (not my problem) you should still make customers aware and why YOU are encouraging customers to buy in bulk when actually the customer would not have enough time to use them before the date runs out.
For the record also I found TOMMY to be quite arrogant in his messaging
I can’t say they work as i stopped taking them,my daughter was horrified when she actually realised she had been taking out of date capsules.
Is there anyone else out there that has come across this problem.
Just come clean MY VITAMINS and give a valid reason why you are supplying such a short dated product and the reason behind it.
Is it a short life product and if so why ???
You just keep saying send them back but will not answer the question.
I will await your honest reply to this review please do not reply AGAIN asking me to send only the unopened bottles back for a refund.

I placed an order weeks ago
I placed an order weeks ago, never received it and had no clear communication as to why. Cancelled that order and placed a new order yesterday, payed for next day delivery and guess what! Got an email to say it’s not been sent, no reason why or expected delivery date.

Bought a product which was meant to be unflavored. It was awful, sickeningly sweet and vile and I wanted to return. Was told nothing wrong with the product so no. They also do not publish negative reviews on their products which I feel could help other customers.

Lamentable el servicio de atención al…
Lamentable el servicio de atención al cliente. Siguen sin darme solución a pesar de la respuesta por este medio . Te mandan un correo ( que no admite respuesta) y tienes que acceder de nuevo al apartado de mensajes en tu cuenta . Me siguen pidiendo los mismos datos del pedido ( que ustedes tienen) cuyos productos ya he indicado 5 veces en distintos mensajes que deben cambiar o devolverme el importe adjuntando por quinta vez las fotos con las fechas de caducidad inminentes. Lo último que me queda es iniciar reclamación pues no existe un derecho claro de desistimiento ni cómo ejercerlo.

Awful service…
Awful service…
After receiving the gummies monthly subscription box after trying to cancel it back at the beginning of August, this was sent back as instructed. Tracking shows they received it too, yet we’re in September and still no refund.
Once again a subscription box was sent out this week so I contacted their customer services team through their awful messaging service via their website, once again I had to pay out another £2.99 to get this sent back which I did yesterday evening. I’m now going round in circles being asked the same questions over and over again by two employees called Nolwazi & Nelisiwe to provide evidence for the August return (which I have TWICE)
I’m getting absolutely nowhere. All I want is a refund for the August return and for someone to just confirm this subscription has 110% been cancelled.
Great products just absolutely awful customer care…

Problems with delivery?!
My sister that leaves in Italy recommended my Vitamins to me. It’s a shame but, it took 10 days for me to receive them but, they send me an email the following day after shopping, asking me to rate them. I just started taking vitamin C and have to wait until see if they work.
