Pagas entrega en casa y ni van
Hice la compra de dos productos y pagué los 3,99 de envío a casa. El total del pedido 20 euros. No puedo salir de casa pq tengo la pierna rota. Y recibo un mensaje de que me tengo que mover a la otra punta de la ciudad pq no han podido entregar el.paquete la compañía paack. Nadie vino pq por desgracia me pasó el día en casa. He puesto reclamación para que me lo entreguen en casa y me dicen que no pueden modificarlo. Pero de devolver el importe de los 3,99 no hacen referencia. Número de pedido número774527210

Compared to My Protein, My Vitamins is a poor relative
Compared to My Protein, My Vitamins seems to be the poor relative. The products are not worth anyone’s money. Does anyone actually look at the nutritional value of any of them and realise that they’re generally WAY under what you should be having in a supplement and most of the gummies are just posh sweets. I would recommend everyone researching better products for proper supplementation. I guess you get what you pay for though and with the ridiculous influencer discount codes available you can get them for next to nothing…..and that tells you a story!

It is really a shame
It is really a shame: I have been a loyal customer of Myvitamins for a long time, but after an experience like this with their shipping courier, I am forced to say goodbye and will never order from them again.
After spending three days stuck at home waiting, GLS sent fake updates claiming "wrong address" and "recipient absent." They even claimed they called and nobody picked up—which is a total lie, as no one ever called! Today, I hope I will get my parcel but I got an email state that I need to contact the sender to unlock my parcel somehow so my husband called them, GLS finally admitted that the driver was new and couldn't find the house. To cover up their own disorganization, they blamed the customer. In the end, my husband had to drive 60 km round-trip to the Monsano depot to pick up the parcel himself.
Unacceptable service that costs them loyal customers. Goodbye, Myvitamins.
