I have used my vitamins for some years now. But this year I started to get some symptoms due to pre-menopause. Mainly just night sweat 😥 and 🥵 hot flushes. I’m very disappointed with my…
I’m very disappointed with my experience with this company. I purchased 12 collagen shots and was also promised a promotional free gift advertised at a value of £34. Unfortunately, when my parcel arrived, the promised gift was missing.
I contacted the company through Instagram and by email, hoping the matter could be resolved. Unfortunately, despite speaking with several different people, I never received even a simple apology for the inconvenience.
I was also told that a voucher would be sent to me, but it never arrived. I contacted three other members of the team, and each time I was told that the voucher had been sent to the email address provided. Despite this, I received nothing.
Unfortunately, none of these issues has been resolved properly. I’m always happy to give a company the benefit of the doubt when something goes wrong, but I do expect clear communication and honesty.
I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service, because this experience has left me feeling very disappointed and frustrated.
