Size guide inaccurate- poor customer service
Size guide inaccurate the XS/S is not a size 10 at all. 6-8 at best. “Extended christmas returns” is actually very short- before 31/12
I requested an exchange as relying on their size guide and my partner finally trying them on, on New Years Day, proved it was under sized. As polite as their response is. They are not interested in exchange quoting their “extended returns” policy. Almost all retail allows at least early Jan to initiate a return.
Frankly- wont buy with them again. Wouldnt recommend either!
Be warned if you do buy. unreliable size guide and poor customer service.

Returns
I need to exchange a size. Sunday Ski charges $20 on returns. This is excessive for the product! I can see paying a small fee but it is too much. I will never order from here again.

AVOID
AVOID - STILL NO REFUND - AVOID
I returned the items 10/12, they received 12/12.
Emailed on 23rd and they replied to say it should be in by the end of the day...nothing.
They then kept saying it's been processed and it should go through any day. It's now the 5th January.
This is a joke of a company so far.
The item was of AWFUL quality and now the back-office seems to be run by people that either purposefully don't tell the truth or even more worryingly have no idea how to process a refund.
Anyone from Customer Service want to update me here?

This company do not refund in 10 days that they state.
Be very careful ordering from this company, it has taken a month for a refund of nearly £100. The item was returned the same day it arrived, I tracked it and it arrived the next day, so how does it take another 3 and a half weeks to process the refund?! This is more than the so called 10 days stated in your policy. Meanwhile all other companies I delt with managed to get their act together even at Christmas.
On top of that they charge £8 for posting it back. I might as well have sent it by carrier pigeon.

Loved my new ski suit!
Loved my new ski suit!! Got tons of complements on it and I love the style and color. Only thing is I wish I would have sized up because when I wore all my layers under the suit was a bit tight and hard to bend down lol. Instead of getting my actual size I should have sized up and thought about adding my layers under.

Item was much smaller than the sizing…
Item was much smaller than the sizing described online. Happy to pay something for return shipping but $27 USD for a return is excessive given the sizing was not even close. Quality also did not seem great given the price tag. Not worth it.

The sizing was completely off
The sizing was completely off. I ordered a ski suit and matched my sizing to their sizing chart, to ensure I ordered the correct size. The bottom, half of the suit fit fine, but the top sizing was completely off. If I went up a size the top portion may fit, but the bottom half would be too big. The quality seemed to be good, just the sizing was bad, which was unfortunate and I had to return. I also did not like that. I have to pay $20 to return.

No customer service or phone#.
I ordered the leopard print long underwear for my daughter online. 5 minutes later I saw the snow leopard print and requested by email to have the order changed. I heard nothing back. The original order shipped and I have no idea how to return the leopard print for the snow leopard print. As far as I can tell, there is no customer service or way to reach this company.

I’m 5’4” and small is a little long
This is really cute and warm. Great quality! I’m 5’4” and ordered a small. It’s a little bit too long in the torso for me but I have a short torso. I’m keeping it because I can pull the jacket down a bit and it looks cut and can stay down but curious if it will drive me nuts while skiing. Other wise great quality, and feels like it will be warm enough for the slopes.
