The cut of the ski suit was poor…
The cut of the ski suit was completely off. I'm a standard size and easy to fit. This ski suit was completely wrongly cut - the legs were out of proportion and much too small compared to the top half of the ski suit which was a more generous fit.
It was completely unwearable as a result and unfortunately had to return.
It was otherwise an easy, convenient online purchase and the ski suit itself looked beautiful, but it was just poorly cut and unwearable. Really disappointing after spending so much and then even more to return.
At this price point, I would have expected an outfit that well proportioned.

Too big but too expensive to exchange
Good quality and speedy delivery but the sizing is too big and too expensive to exchange. I did check the measurements and was careful to make the correct sizing selection. The guide was not correct for what arrived. Hesitant to shop again.

Excellent quality and seamless purchase experience.
The My Sunday Ski website was easy to use and didn’t feel overwhelming with choices. I was tossing up between two suits and checked the My Sunday Ski’s instagram instagram page to view the suits on differing customers.
When I received my ski suit, I was over the moon! It’s such amazing quality and fits perfectly! It’s really warm and has pockets everywhere which is ideal.
I love it!

I weight 57 kg and I am 169 cm tall
I weight 57 kg and I am 169 cm tall. By looking at the sizing chart I suppose to get size S in snow suit but wanted to be extra careful so ordered size M. I couldn’t get in when I finally managed to get in it was so tight ! The skisuit was pulling my arms down and raising them was impossible. Also I couldn’t sit down without the suit hurting me and pulling everywhere. Paying almoust 500 pound you would expect to be a premium quality and it was absolutely awful experience . 😞 I have returned it. it’s impossible to wear it ohhhh I forgot to mention I had nothing on just underwear so can’t imagine putting it on with layers of thermals etc. They also charge you 8 pounds to return their products. REPLY TO MY SUNDAY SKI: yes I did follow your „detailed” size guide and still the suit didn’t fit even tho I sized up. Charging for return if it’s your fault that the suit doesn’t fit because your size guide it’s wrong it’s beyond ridiculous!!!! Either make proper suits that fit your descriptions regarding sizing or stfu and take the return without charging. Ridiculous 🤬

Appalling customer service
I ordered two salopettes in size XS and S. I am a standard size 8. The sizing comes up extremely small so they didn't fit. I was travelling abroad a lot for work and therefore re-ordered larger sizes with a view to returning the smaller sizes when I returned to the UK. I was less than a week after the 14 day deadline for returns and they refused to refund me nor even offer a credit note which I requested. I also asked if we could resolve it commercially and Sunday Ski refused. They seem to like to sell very expensive products without the level of customer care I'd expect from a high-end brand. I have therefore been left losing £315. The products are okay but not worth the money.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! All of these poor reviews are accurate. It’s the same I experienced. You can’t get ahold of anyone, even when I paid for expedited shipping my suit didn’t come in in time. I had to return it because I never was able to wear it to my ski-trip because it arrived after and then they denied my return. For one of the items they offered to charge me to return it. Very poor customer service and poor quality. The items don’t look like they are advertised online. Shop somewhere else! They don’t stand behind their word and take weeks to get back to you. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone.

Bad sizing. Bad returns.
Bought a coat and they shipped me the wrong item. They then shipped me the correct item but sizing is so small. I bought a M/L jacket (I’m a size 8) and it didn’t close properly. So I requested a return. And then they charged me $40 to return it (and didn’t outwardly communicate this). So i wasted my time returning two items for them and they charged me $40 to do it.

Wont let me return.... shame
Ordered a set for skiing but the delivery was slow and didn't come in time.
I am back now from skiing and requested to return it as they dont fit (brand new in bags with labels) and they say no because im past 14 days.
I had the same issue with Goldbergh - emailed them and they let me return it (and they are in the netherlands).
Real shame - wont be using them again.

I loved the boots
I loved the boots - wore them in the chalet, up the mountain, on the plane - don't want to take them off. The ski suit was a bit big and customer service was exceptional for my return. Just love everything about My Sunday Ski.

Quality didn’t match the price and expensive returns
I loved the look of the designs (I ordered base layers) but when they arrived I didn’t feel the quality of the material was what I expected for the price. They also arrived in very cheap plastic bags which immediately put me off. The shipping was quick but £8 for a return didn’t feel like a brand I would shop from again unfortunately.

I bought the ski thermal set top and…
I bought the ski thermal set top and bottom and ended up selling it on vinted. I found it very low rise, which for underneath ski trousers just didnt work.
I havent bought any actual outer ski wear as Im not sure its technically good enough for skiing, it looks like more of a fashion brand.

Refunds take waaay too long
Absolutely great ski jacket but the sizing was really off (even based on the sizing chart) and it was way too big. I returned the item (and re ordered a smaller size) and the return was received by MY Sunday Ski on the 24th Feb. and I’m still awaiting my money back now on the 3rd April. Won’t buy direct again but maybe from Selfridges in store as you can exchange and refund without having to chase.

Dear my Sunday ski - thank you for replying below. Ive now received an email stating that you’ve got my return, so yes that’s inline with the policy you quote, however the email received today stated I have to wait another 10 days for my money!!!!! What a joke

Stylish and practical
We purchased two ski outfits from MySundaySki and both are extremely stylish and practical. They only needed a base layer underneath which was also from MySundaySki. My daughter stood out from the croud which made it alot easier for me to find her on the slopes.
