I bought a sandal for my mum, firstly it took way longer to receive the order, secondly the sandal is not leather, it like paper in weight, smells and what ever is use as pretend leather is awful. I am sooo soooo disappointed, I need a refund or else I will write this review on every website I can fine to expose this scam site.

If I could give no stars I would. Awful quality and terrible fabric. Bought an all in one jumpsuit at £89.99 which looked good in photos but AWFUL in real life. I’ve asked to return it and I’ve to pay to return it which it does say on website however it has to go to China at my expense despite the return address on the package being a UK one. They did try and bribe me to keep it and said they’d give me 20% back. They couldn’t pay me 100% to keep it! It’s truly awful quality. Do not trust the photos and returns policy. Don’t waste your money.

My Mistake i should have read the unending bad reviews... I do not recommend...scammer website fake products. Such websites should be banned.

Excellent customer sevice,reassure me when delivery seem to take longer than I expected.
Sandals arrived,and worn immediately extremely comfortable and a heel which gave a little height.
Why I give 4 stars, they are a bit hot underfoot in the heat.
I wish the sandal were leather and with a woven cotton foot base.👍

Olivamode Total fraud and scam . Do not order from this website. I paid £80 for a jumpsuit. It came was nothing like the photo poor material 2 size to small .refused me a refund and ignored my emails .should not be allowed to get away with it .

I would not order from Oliva Mode again.

The dress itself was okay, but certainly nothing special and, in my opinion, not reflective of the £80 price tag. It arrived with no brand label or branding whatsoever, which was disappointing. After receiving it, I discovered what appears to be the identical dress being sold elsewhere for around £20, leaving me feeling that I had significantly overpaid.

The biggest issue, however, was the returns process. The website presents itself as a company registered in the Netherlands, so I reasonably assumed returns would be handled within the UK or EU. It was only after requesting a return that I was informed I would need to return the dress to China at my own expense, at a cost of around £24, while also bearing the risk if the parcel was lost in transit.

Although this information is included within the refund policy, I think many customers would reasonably expect a European company to have a European returns address, or for this to be made much clearer before purchase.

Customer service’s first response was to offer me a 20% refund to keep the dress rather than making the returns process straightforward.

Overall, the experience has left me disappointed. The dress wasn’t worth the price in my opinion, and the returns process is far more expensive and inconvenient than I expected. I wouldn’t purchase from Oliva Mode again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A TRAP!! They advertise beautiful clothing at discounted prices on their website to entice you to buy. They are in China and the parcel takes weeks to arrive. The clothing is such TERRIBLE quality that you can see through the dresses and the zip is about to break before you even do it up! Then they won't offer a full refund until you return the items (meanwhile paying a HUGE amount for postage back to China) or offer a partial refund. Scammers!!!

I RESENT having to give them 1 star, they are not worthy! Ordered size 8 shoes on 1st June, didn't realise they were abroad (my own fault) until they took about 4 weeks to arrive. Ordered size 8 and received size 7. Have sent 3 (polite) emails asking how to return them for a refund (this is what it says you have to do on their website to return goods) but no response. I was stupid not to check their Trustpilot reviews before ordering! I have learnt that lesson now when ordering on line!! I am going to try and claim back my money as a chargeback from my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! NONE EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Don’t bother even trying with this website. I ordered sandals, they took 4 weeks to come, when they arrived they smelt like chemicals, way too small and did not look the same as the pictures they looked cheap and like plastic. When I complained and asked for a refund they tried to offer me 30% refund which obviously I refused!! Just keep emailing them if this happens to you as after me standing my ground I got to 80% refund with them then I finally gave up because who has time to be emailing a company who makes out they’re based in the Netherlands when they’re in China, emailing you back in the middle of the night each time! Avoid!! (They are that bad quality I won’t even try to sell them on)

Avoid Oliva Mode (olivamode.com) at all costs! I purchased their "Linen Floral Dress" for £54.95, which their website explicitly describes as a "breathable linen fabric".
When the package arrived, the dress felt completely plastic. I checked the inner garment care label: it reads 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex. There is zero linen in this dress. This is deliberate product misrepresentation designed to trick consumers into paying premium prices for cheap, synthetic fast-fashion blanks.
To make it worse, their customer support team actively tries to buy you off. They refused to provide a prepaid return label and tried to push a 30% refund, then a 60% refund, just to get me to drop the issue. Under consumer protection laws, we are legally entitled to a 100% full refund and free returns for misdescribed items.

I recently purchased a pair of chunky sandals . After ordering I was worried about the sizing as I’m a size 8 but only if it’s a (42) I contacted Olivamode and they replied straightaway suggesting I size up which I did and when they arrived they were perfect!! I’ve had many compliments on them. The customer service was very friendly and professional! The sandals I thought were well made and very comfortable.

This is a scam by this Chinese fake ghost shop. Great pictures on line, with useless rags getting sent you, and you try and return them back to

The order arrived in nice packaging, and the sandals fit perfectly. They will really help with my arthritis. Overall, a great experience!

Oliva Mode and it's many other name variations all over the world, including the US, are a Chinese company. The website looks professional and gives the impression it is based in the Netherlands, however it is not. They try to copy designs from well known brands found on the net. The products are cheap in quality, but not price and they came delivered in a plastic bag. The £49.95 sandals (reduced from £100) were nasty, they are plastic, not leather, the wrong size, just awful with no markings of any kind, size, materials etc and so light in weight (keeps the postage price down for them I guess!) I wish I had read the reviews before buying. I am not going to waste my time trying to get a refund after reading the other reviews on here. I won't inflict them on a charity shop. In the bin they go, two hours after delivery. I don't understand how anyone has given them more than one star. If I could give them no stars at all I would. The only thing of any quality was their professional business card offering 10% off another purchase

I had a great experience with Olivamode. The ordering process was easy, the communication was clear, and my order arrived as expected. The product matched the description on the website and the quality was exactly what I was hoping for.

What a disaster - the website looked legitimate and the pictures and the pricing suggested the quality was good. Nearly a month after ordering I received the garments which were the worst quality imaginable, €75 for cheaply made, horrendous fabric and completely unwearable clothes. I wish i had checked the reviews first. I have requested a full refund but not optimistic given others experience - stay well clear.

What a rip off.
Ordered sandals...took 3 weeks to arrive. Totally overpriced and when arrived they're cheap nasty and don't fit.
Have emailed them 3 times for their returns policy and refund and they don't reply.
I'm really unhappy and demand my money back in full.

Terrible company
Ordered because the product looked good and good price but very very misleading. I bought runners and they were extremely bad quality and smelled of plastic. Tried to return and like previous reviews, got the run around re shipping and return costs and they said they'd give me a 20% refund. Absolutely disgraceful, will never buy from here again. I should have checked trust pilot first.... I wont make that mistake again.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Oliva Mode for £90, but when they arrived (after several weeks) they looked nothing like the photos shown on the website and the quality was very poor.

When I contacted customer service, I was offered a 20% refund to keep the items and told if I did want to return the items then it be at my own risk and expense - but they advised against it they had experienced issues with returned parcels not being received.

Given the items were not as described and of poor quality, it is concerning that I was expected to cover return costs, which is inconsistent with basic UK consumer protections requiring sellers to bear return costs in such cases.

Despite the company being registered in the Netherlands, the items were shipped from China (which is not disclosed on the website). Returns also had to be sent back to China to an address that major couriers like DPD do not even service. I ended up paying nearly £30 via Evri just to return the items.

The entire process has been frustrating and misleading. I would strongly advise against ordering from this website.
