My computer was slow in spots and it was fixed.
My computer was okay but was slow in some website access. I tested it after the service and the response was pretty good. So, so far so good. The tech support was done, fast and well done. Recommended.

Op afstand werd mijn probleem verholpen.

I paid for a suppose full year license that is what is stated on my the app I bought, so normally till a year later you will be charged not a month later. That is not the case with those people, so they try to mask this charge under the pretest it is for customer service, and that makes this app expensive specially in comparative with other goods or better apps, At least be honest form the beginning and let the customer choose, I will never buy form those people again and much less recommend it to any body

Some plans include a separate monthly tech support trial, but I agree it should be communicated more clearly. If something felt misleading or unexpected, I want to make sure it’s properly reviewed and addressed.

What a rip off
What a rip off! Installed it to see if it would help, it didn't, and they enrolled me is tech support and auto renew, $21.55 a month without my knowledge and tech support is no help at all.

Horrible.
I used it to uninstall ONE GAME from steam - its been going on for hours and it turns out it uninstalled ALL of steam and ALL of the games. The software is horrible. save your money. get "WinDirStat" that is way better and actually does what it says and does a proper scan of your computer.

MyCleanPC is designed to improve performance by removing junk files and managing startup programs—it’s not meant to uninstall Steam or remove game libraries. I’d really like to understand more about what occurred so we can investigate.

Unusable software.
My desktop computer has been running very slowly and I thought that using software to clean my PC might help. According to one software review site MYCleanPC was excellent. Nothing could be further from the truth. I spent hours trying to get it to load including numerous chats with the US based company. Ultimately I was told that the software was probably ineffective due to the age of may computer. Additionally I was unwittingly subscribed to their Live Chat service which took some considerable time to cancel. However they also cancelled MY Clean PC software subscription. Ultimately I have been unable to use the software and the same comment applies to driver update software. In total I have lost the best part of £40 and wasted at least 10 hours on software which is absolutely useless.

While it’s true that older PCs can sometimes limit what our software can do, we should have communicated that much more clearly upfront. I’m also concerned to hear about the confusion around your LiveTech subscription and the unexpected cancellation of your MyCleanPC license. I’d like to look into that personally.

Awful Product, Awful Service, Avoid!
I took a subscription out (My Clean PC + 1month of free LiveTech), I immediately contacted their live chat to get this removed and this was confirmed by the agent this was removed.
Today I get charged for the LiveTech support and when I asked them for a refund they refused.
