I’ve been using an older, upgraded computer for years, and occasionally it struggles with newer software. Whenever that happens, I turn to US Tech Support—a company I’ve trusted for over a decade.
Every experience I’ve had with them has been excellent. Their technicians are knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. They communicate clearly, maintain a positive attitude, and take the time to ensure everything is resolved properly—even when fixes take a bit longer.
It’s not easy to find consistent, reliable tech support these days, but they have never let me down.

They were extremely aggressive in trying to sell me product. They don't have a way to manage your own account and end the subscription. When I asked the technician (Michael) to end the subscription to ensure it does not auto renew he kept giving me more pressure. I literally had to get forceful and indicate that I insisted to have it ended immediately. They were able to resolve my initial issue, but ended up taking me another 45 minutes because they started system updates I did not request.

I have been a customer of US Tech support for many years and I have just terminated my subscription for Technical Support and System Mechanics, because they can not get their records straight. I was originally had a subscription for both of one year for one computer in October 2025. When I called in to get service the agent offered me a 3 yr, subscription for both, however they only entered that I had a subscription for technical support and not system mechanics. I have always had a subscription for both of the past 12+ years. Terrible record keeping, and not the first time I have encountered problems with them. I have had to report them to the
Better Business Bureau, to resolve my prior similar issue last year. Tired of their nonsense and I have cancelled all of my dealings with them. They have raised my blood pressure and refuse to honor my subscription for both and want additional monies for same. Not a very professional and or honorable company, and I would not recommend doing business with them.

I paid US TEch Support $330 for a year of support in October. Now a month later I am unable to find a log in page for them unless I give my credit card info. Calling the help line leads to several other sales lines until haniging up. Been Scammed. Dont use them

Instead of being $8.00 a month for Spyware He took $291.07 out of my account and also a charge for LoLo for $$49.99. I told him to cancel this whole transaction and instead he had this taken from my account. So far my money has not been refunded! This is indeed FRAUD!!!

I bought SUPERANTISPYWARE; I signed up for 1 year;
I got my reciept and it was clearly stated what I had bought; I was happy with that.
This was in september; Last month I saw that I had been billed again; I didnt think much of it. I just thought that a year had passed and that was probably the reason; Tho I dont aprove of it I know many companies will renew the subscription unless you have cancelled it after the first purchase;
But then I saw they had billed me again this month; So now I knew something was up so I checked my bank details and I had clearly been billed every month ;
I called them to end everything and they cancelled 1 subscription but not everything, Again a red flag; Clearly I wanted to cancel everything but they wanted to be sneaky.
I then wanted to talk to a supervisor but was but in queue and then they just kept putting me in queue;
after 55+ minutes I now called again to cancel everything that I have with them but they once again put me in queue;
I have now successfully cancelled everything; I got them to read my reciept with me, after som investigation its clear that this most likely goes against the FTC-act and ROSCA ; which requires clear and conspicuous disclosure of material terms before a consumer is billed online, as well as express informed consent.
The product I bought came with a receipt where it states all details as one would expect and then it ends saying " best regards superantispyware team" ; after that there is a fine print where it explains that there will be further billing, This is a fraudulent way of doing bussiness.
When speaking to one of the agents about this she saw nothing wrong with this;
I am now on way contacting FTC , BBB , and State Attorney General ;
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IT STINKS OF FRAUD!

They prey on senior citizens who have no idea what they are signing up for. And all they do is try to sell another service. When you ask for a refund, they put you hold to go to an "escalation team". The service has never been used yet, they have an open ticket but no service. And they just try to sell something else or hang up on the senior. It's been about 30 days since she signed up for it, hasn't used it & no we're fighting for a refund.

I have been waiting for 8 hours for a callback from a real technician. Its midnight so I quit waiting. Not the 2-4 hours they promise. This might have been an off night, but how they handled this situation was terrible. I have contacted them three times and told they would be in touch shortly. I was put in the so-called expedited line for a tech and have been on hold for 1.5 hours. They tell you you can get quicker service from chat. Not true, you get someone on chat that just takes your information, apologizes, and tries to sell you their products. They offer no technical support as advertised. I think they vet out bad reviews on their site. They must help some people, but don't seem to make it easy.

They used to be good. They have a lot of nerve calling themselves US Tech Support because it's obvious when you speak to representatives they are not based in the US. Their representatives were not super capable and I usually wound up solving whatever tech issue on my own.
I signed up for their Clean ID identity theft protection service. WHILE signed up for it, my ID was stolen. Their system was supposed to monitor credit card applications made in my name. Someone submitted a credit card application with my identity information. Their so called identity protection did not even register that the application had been made. When I called and spoke to multiple representatives no one had an explanation for why their system did not catch it. I was promised multiple times that a supervisor would call me back. Never did.
Beware of this company I had a new credit card number I put on my Google pay account this company hacked my account and tried charging me 3 times one of the charges was My clean PC which is part of them I was lucky enough my bank stopped them I would recommend never to put your credit card number on Google pay us tech support your a Piece of Shit
I bought a new computer and Microsoft Office. When downloading the Office software I ran into a problem and a chat line came up. At first I thought it was from Microsoft. We went through this fix process and they sold me a 3 year subscription while making it sound like they were part of Microsoft. They told me they installed a firewall also.
The computer did not run correctly and the Office suite did not completely download. I also could not open the App store. I had to contact Apple Care and they resolved the issue after we had to reload everything.
Further, there was no other firewall on the computer besides what it originally came with.
I have been calling USTechSupport and sending messages via chat, as the voice mail says no one is available (and they haven’t called back for hours now), and there is no one available on the chat line. I was given the reps extension also and just get a message to leave a message and they will call back.
They offer a 60 day refund window and I plan to take advantage of it. Why pay for support when you can’t get anyone to answer.
While they invoice through Paypal in CA, their available time schedule M-F 12PM-8PM (doesn’t say what time zone but probably PST) tells me they are offshore.
I do not recommend them.
Update 1/21/2025
After speaking with the Geek Squad it was determined that the QR code on the Microsoft 365 app card I purchased must have redirected me to the fraudulent Microsoft/ US Support site, a fraudulent off-shore company.
The network we have has its own firewall. They never installed a firewall. Trying to get them on the phone is impossible. They finally called back and I requested a refund per their guarantee. They did not want to refund it, and then only wanted to refund half of it for the firewall they say they installed which isn’t there anyway. They finally relented and agreed to a refund and sent me an email to that effect. The refund has not come through and it has been 7 days, which they said it would take.
Paypal reviewed the case, even though I used a credit card, and determined because I authorized the purchase it was legitimate. So if you get scammed but you authorized the purchase Paypal will not refund your fraudulent purchase.
Further, it was determined that the charge went to an individual, NOT a company.
I recommend you don’t use Paypal.
I canceled within they allotted time period for CleanMyPc. I was than charged for GetMyDrivers.com which I never signed up for. So basically, USTechSupport which I suppose is the parent Co stole my money. No Refund! It is a SCAM in my opinion.
We have been with this company for many years and have always been 'safe'. BUT...it happened and US Tech support walked us through the experience. The information was amazing...the technicians patient...and the service thorough. We learned about the bad things that can happen and will now share what we learned...thanks to UsTech!!!!!
Basically the technician was quick and efficient at fixing my computer issue.
