All of the staff that I worked with was informative and helpful
All of the staff that I worked with was extremely informative and helpful. Teejay assisted with ending the cyber attack I was under from a business partner. Michael helped me after the restart of my computer to ensure that my accounts had 2-step authentication enabled and everything was safe. I would highly recommend this company!!

System mechanic has kept my laptops running reliably for 20 years!
I have used system mechanic since 2007 to automatically fix the list of things that can go wrong on a laptop which receives a great deal of use. Recently, my weekly summary noted a change which I have never seen before. This concerned me so I called to speak with tech support. Not only did tech support figure out why I had received that information in my summary but also ran an advanced tool. This tool showed me what I needed to do to fix a problem which has plagued me for over a year.
I trust system mechanic completely!
