Cleanup and works effectively

My problem was fixed with no problems
The tech was polite and walked me through what I needed to do on my end so I could join a session. This was for her to take control of my computer. Was done in no time at all with everything fixed. I was treated very nice through the whole experience.

Your tech never gave up
Your tech never gave up. Very polite and experienced. One thing though, when you say you will call me, at a specific time, your call is always very late. Last time I was supposed to get a call at 8pm EST but I didn't get it until 10:20PM and I had to turn it down. Work on calling when you say you will call.

Returning Faithful Customer!
The technician was very knowledgeable and respectful. He took his time with me and answered all my questions. And I like the fact that I can call them every month for a "Cleanup". I've been with this company for approximately 9 yrs. The only problem I have with them is that they keep changing their name so when it's time to renew, I don't recognize their new name and think that it might be "spam." First it was Advanced Tech Support, then it was US Tech Support, now it's MyCleanPC. STOP changing your name or at least notify your returning, faithful customers before you do! LOL

I am not a tech type person
I am not a tech type person, and Mike(US tech person)who helped me today was great!
I felt no pressure as I navigated through some issues on my phone, and finally got to where I needed to be!
Now I can open more space on my phone,and save it all in the cloud!
This was a problem for me for quite some time,now I can feel at ease and know that I can have protection and space to save more photos and information I find on the internet!
I have the resources also to reach out if I have any issues in the future and that is so reassuring to me !
I will recommend to family and friends in the future!
