Jobelle did a great job
Jobelle did a great job getting my other virus protection program turned off and Mechanic turned on for the features that were needed in either or both programs. Very knowledgeable and very patient with me asking so many questions. Very polite. Thank you!!

The technician was Pleasant and Courteous
The technician was thorough in his assessment of my PC. WHen he fiound the probem he went right about fisning it. Then he did a scan of my PC to make sure everything was working. He was pleasant and courteous!

Persoanl Satisfaction
The tech was well informed in the nature of his business. He was polite and professional and I had no interruptions while he was speaking in a totally audible manner. My issues were resolved completely to my satisfaction.

Jeremy Saved the Day!
Jeremy is really the only reason that made my experience 'great'!...and very much recovered my earlier frustration and aggravation. I've been a customer/client of your's for 5 years. It used to be that I would be connected with a Tech Support Specialist right away...or get a call-back within 45 minutes. That seems to no longer be the operating procedure. After 6-7 calls into an agent (and promises of "we'll connect you shortly")...only to be on hold for well over an hour (at least 5 times)...and not getting a call back for nearly 17 hours, Jeremy (thankfully) called me back. He was simply excellent...in his expertise and expediency in not only resolving my original problem, but going further and cleaning up my laptop and operating system (...turns out it was badly needed). He also 'talked my off the ledge'...as I was going to cancel my subsription. Thanks to Jeremy, I will not be doing that at this juncture. Just, please do something about the time it takes to connect to one of your skilled specialists (like Jeremy).

Tech followed up on time, as promised. Explained what he was going to do and walked me through it. He offered to perform the same on my other machines but what he did was easy to understand and replicate. He answered all my questions. Very professional.
