James is an excellent technician
James is an excellent technician and sorted out my computer and printer issues in a timely manner. He is polite and professional and went to the extra step to insure my Systems Mechanics and technical support subscriptions were updated to avoid future problems with providing service and support that I had been encountering, which the call center personnel, accounting department, and resolution team, have been unable to resolve. He is a breath of fresh air and should be commended for his dedication and customer service. Would recommend him for a raise and promotion. He is an asset to your firm!

Caution if buying software only
I purchased the product for self installation. I paid by credit card and funds were deducted.
The following month, additional fees were deducted.
When I questioned this, they told me that tech support was free for the first month and thereafter I was subscribed for a monthly fee.
A very sneaky way of obtaining extra funds without people knowing this.
I asked for a credit, but nothing has been forthcomming.
Cancelling the subscription is also a long winded way of doing things, which is not clear on their website or any documentation - and a difficult process too.
BEWARE when purchasing from this company.

First Computer Clean-up in 15 Years
James called within the time framework promised. He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. My 15-year-old computer had gotten extremely slow, James explained what he would do to clean it up, the likely cause, and what he would do to fix it. He fixed it; it now runs much faster. I am very impressed and extremely satisfied with the work James did for me.

Henri to the Rescue…
Henri was able to fix the issue quickly. However, most importantly, my wife had been unable to access her email for more than 10 days. HENRI was able to solve the issue. She is one happy lady. Thanks Henri.

Why do I tell these wonderful Tech's that I love them after they fine tune my CPU. For some reason my CPU runs better after each tune up.

A real person answered the phone, not AI. The tech understood my issue and routed my call to the appropriate department where my call was answered immediately. That technician understood my issue and quickly made a couple of changes to my settings, which corrected the problem right away.
