Erwin answers all my questions and knew what kind of computer I had, I did not need any drivers to solve the problem because there was no problem, The SSD hard drive does not require a reorganizing.

Fixed and happy
I always have success with the personal from the tech site. They are very friendly and know their job. They always get my computer into a fully functioning unit each time i call for help. I will continue to have my yearly subscription with pleasure.

Over & Beyond helpful
Jonathan was extremely helpful in correcting my issue. He went over and beyond I feel to ensure ALL my concerns had been addressed. He also gave me some very informative information for keeping my emails and other information secure.

My tech was fast AND good.
My tech called shortly after I was told he would, was very engaging and a pleasure to talk with. Best of all, he was extremely knowledgeable and fast! He found the problem and corrected it in a minimum amount of time.
