Diagnose what was going on with my extended display issues.
Rhaine the technician was able to diagnose the issue I was experiencing with my computer displays. His customer service was TOP NOTCH and he was very patient with me. I look forward to working with Rhaine again if I need further support. Rhaine deserves a raise and should be a trainer on EXCELLENT Customer Support Service. Much Thanks.

Did a great job, wouldn't give up!
Bernadette walked me through my issue, so I understood what she was attempting while I watched her try various solutions via remote access to my PC. Once we resolved the issue, she continued to answer questions and made sure I was satisfied before completing the service call. Overall, I'm very pleased with this experience. It's a bit pricey, unless you anticipate a lot of problems over time, but all in all, I'm very happy with their service provided.

The quality of work and knowledge
I had a couple issues and Mary solved them, she also preformed a clean-up/ tune-up, I must say, Mary is very good at what she does as you all are!!!! Thank you!!!!

Frustrating Computer Issues
Easy to reach. Was given a time to expect a call. Were on time. Very helpful and listened well to issues. Was able to find solutions to my issues and also did a thorough check of my and my husband's PC's. Felt they did a good job.

The technician was very helpful in getting my cellphone up and running again. He went back into the settings to correct all of the changes I had incorrectly made back there, and installed all of the software icons on its desktop. There's no way I could have done that myself! Thank you so much.
