Terrible please never use them.
After taking full $4k fees they never say that your access to course is limited, so a student after doing assessments needs to wait for them to responds because next assessment cant open. They say student hand book was given which was never given.
They continuously say we understand that you are frustrated but we cant do anything.
2 years course I finished in 5 weeks and was pushing them to give me further access but they just cancelled my enrollment within hours without any opportunity to hear me out with only 4 practical assessments left. They say I am sending too many emails so after paying 4k in advance we cant even request them to help the students. Very unprofessional please avoid at all costs.
On top of this harsh arrogant attitude they are sending me a certificate of 50% of work when the work done is 95%. Very unfair, illegal and unprofessional. There website states student centric which is a utter lie, they don't give a damn about there students.

User friendly online learning. Supportive trainers and student online community. I would have liked for there to be some videoed lectures for each module, to support the study process.

I have been beyond impressed with the experience I have had in completely my diploma with Monarch. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for engaging content, strong support from advisers and ability to work at the pace that suits you. I was able to complete the course in a month from commencement and had all my queries answered promptly. The LMS system that you use to complete the course work and obtain the resources is very user friendly and really supports the students learning. Monarch should be proud of the service they are providing

The experience was awesome! I completed the Certificate 4 in IT and the Diploma in Cyber Security through this educational organisation.

Tutors were regularly available via scheduled Zoom sessions so if I was stuck on a concept and needed to talk it through with someone, I could. This was important to me, as it was my first time studying online rather than face to face.

My study with Monarch has been a good experience.
The entire course was completed online, though I had access to support when needed.
I found the course was well structured, easy to navigate, and most of all it was easy to complete as I studied at my own pace.
I would recommend Monarch Institute as a place to study, and plan to enrol in further courses myself.

I like the ability to study at my own pace but there seems to be different versions of exams and test exams so I was given conflicting information of what to expect in the functionality of the exams. I also had emails go astray (and was not in my junk folder) that advised important information over staff availability over the Christmas/New Year break. It feels like I have to go seeking support instead of being approached which is a different experience. Everytime I did reach out though, the staff were extremely helpful. On another point, I feel the auto-generated course progression reports are not very useful. I think these could be done away with.

I recently completed my course at Monarch Institute (Certificate IV in accounting and bookkeeping). The entire journey was incredibly satisfying and exceeded my expectations. The course content was comprehensive, and the instructors were knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. The flexibility of the program made iy convenient for me to balance my studies with other commitments.

The course content was set out extremely well. They also provide plenty of resources to help support your study, so you are prepared for assessments.

Also, the staff are incredibly helpful, lots of support if you need help. Also quick to respond as you need help.

I just finished my Dip in Leadership and Management. Experience was great, trainers were awesome. For a person like me who is a busy mom, the online study made everything simple. I had my own time to do everything. I highly recommend Monarch to everyone and especially the moms who want to have a carrier but are busy withkids etc and think they can't do it. Of course you can do it, Monarch has it all for you.

I just completed Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping last month (Dec 2024) and will enroll in the Diploma of Accounting as soon as possible. I was very worried to study this course as my English is not my first langage, it was very difficult to understand everythings while I was studying and I never studied in accounting before. If I didn’t understand and need help, I liked to email to ask questions. They replied to my questions very quickly and clearly. The trainers were very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. I appreciate that they have done for me. I recommend Monarch Institue for anyone who is looking for the courses and flexibility suited your needs and time. Cheers!

I did the Governance Professional Series course. It was pretty good and gave a nice well rounded foundation to governance, strategy and financials. The price was a lot lower than more popular institutes so I believe the material matches what I paid for. Overall a decent experience but it was only a short course. Not sure how Certs and Diploma measure up.

Monarch Institute is the perfect place for undertaking courses especially for people who are working and want to study further. I was very confused how I will manage but their study pattern and help from Monarch trainers made by way achievable. Very much recommendable for everyone wanting to study and grow.
