I don't recommend
I don't recommend. Sorry Monarch. The trainers were lovely, I felt alone, unsupported and quite honestly lost for the most part. Throughout the course I didn't feel I could think for myself or ask many questions. My experience, I felt I was only marked correct if I copied the answers from their documents. There was a real lack of lectures available and limited amount of contact allocated for time slots with the trainers.
Do I feel confident to get a job as a bookkeeper? Not really.

While our courses are self paced and competency based, students should still feel confident asking questions and engaging with trainers along the way.
We also want to clarify that assessments are designed to test understanding and application of skills, not copying from materials. If that was your experience, we would genuinely like to understand more.

I like how the studying material is…
I like how the studying material is structured and principally, the chapter review questions which is the chapter where I learn the most. I only found it difficult to get a trainer interview. It's difficult to find dates available. However, every time I emailed a question, I received answer in less than 24 hours.

Fantastic Course!
I completed a Certificate IV in Marketing and Communications with Monarch Institute and can not recommend enough. The flexibility of the course was so helpful and allowed me to continue working full time while studying. While it was mostly self-guided, there was also a great level of support from course coordinators and an abundance of resources to support my learning. From the early stages of completing the course, I was already able to apply my learnings and new skills to my job, and finished with a greater sense of competence and confidence. Highly recommend!

Spoke to Trent Stone regarding Diploma of Brokering and Finance.
Such a professional manner and knowledgeable. Able to have a laugh and good conversation.
I spoke to a few other companies and can honestly say it was a number of things making me choose monarch but Trent has paved the way.
Affordable payment plans, ongoing support and also the term of study is more appealing than other institutions.
Looking forward to commencing.
