Definitely not the “right choice” for training. Paid for a Diploma of Business. Have had minimal support or communication since paying for the course. They have claimed to send emails and updates but haven’t received. Have had assignments flagged for 100 percent AI use when this is far from the case. I wouldn’t recommend the stress and headaches caused to anybody. Buyer beware

My experience with Right Choice Training has been nothing but positive. I completed the Certificate IV Bookkeeping and Accounting with confidence. I was able to access help vie email and phone when I needed and if needed a video conference is offered. Responses were timely and helpful and never was I in any doubt with what was expected of me to complete a module. Right Choice Training is there to help and trainers are highly qualified and never make you feel less than adequate. Great experience.

What a wonderful RTO to study with. Being a full time worker and parent, I was very nervous about being able to finish this course. I haven’t studied for over 20 years yet was able to complete my studies, ahead of schedule too.

I had previously completed a University Degree, Advanced Diploma and Certificate IV during my professional career but had not studied for over 10 years so was somewhat apprehensive about undertaking a 12-month course while working full-time with family commitments, however my experience with Right Choice Training could only be described as 'excellent' starting from the enrollment process.

The easy straight forward access to the learning materials and clear expectations of the assessments could not have been better.

The format, presentation and information in the learning modules I found to be the best out of my previous experiences with University, TAFE, and other educational institutes, they were outstanding.

Access and communication with the tutors was very easy and fast, I received quick responses every time and never had to wait for assistance and guidance.

Overall my experience was by far the best I have had with a learning institute and I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone thinking of undertaking further study.

I am a mature-age student and have found the Right Choice Training dashboard easy to understand. The course instructions and content were clear and easy to follow, and I received regular email updates. I needed to complete a subject to move on to the next. I really liked this structure. I received a timetable of assignment due dates, and sticking to this schedule kept me on track to complete my course. Assignment marking was completed promptly, which is super helpful. As someone reliant on remote self paced learning, RCT are excellent to deal, helpful and respond quickly to queries or request for assistance

Right Choice Training is the right choice to make when it comes to learning and completing your course. When I started, I was enthusiastic and motivated. Such as life, family commitments came up and I had to put it on hold for the whole duration of the course. Leaving me only 1 month left to complete all units. I reached out to them, and they allowed additional 3 months to complete it. I completed the course just 2 weeks before the new due date. Because of this, I was able to make it work and I am now qualified!!! So Happy!!!

I really enjoyed Studying the Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping with Right Choice Training. The Online platform was super easy to use and to have the ability to study at my own pace was really important to me as I juggle work and family as well.

I recently completed my Cert IV in Human Resource Management with Right Choice Training and had a really positive experience throughout the course.

The units were well structured and easy to follow, and I liked that the assessments could be based on real workplace scenarios where possible, or simulated scenarios if not. This made it easier to understand how the concepts apply in a real HR role.

I also found the flexibility of the course really helpful, as I was able to work through the units at my own pace while still having support available when needed.

Overall, I feel much more confident in my understanding of HR processes and would definitely recommend Right Choice Training to anyone looking to start a career in HR.
