It’s such a shame to read the negative reviews on the product and the seller.
Let’s be fair if such difficult times the demand on a new business selling such an amazing product must be overwhelming.
The mask is unlike any others I have used, great fitting, constructed well and I like the look of it.
I found the seller easy to deal with, quick to respond to the questions I had and gave me confidence to purchase a bulk order for my business.
Delivery was quick, well packaged and I wasn’t disappointed.
I don’t leave reviews much but I wanted to leave one to help give everyone else out there the confidence to place your order. You won’t regret it. Good luck to you all.

I received my mask in the time that was advised by MoD PPE. The mask fits well and is comfortable to wear when needed. It gives me piece of mind when I am around people. I personally found the customer service to be excellent and was communicated with at every step of my order to delivery. Don’t understand the negative reviews, keep up the amazing work.

My boyfriend and I just got ourselves masks. I wear a mask while commuting, and it feels not only much safer than with those disposable masks, but also very comfortable. If you are looking for a mask that protects, is truly sustainable and stylish, I'd recommend MoD.

The mask is useless, not certified as promised so no way to know if it actually works. IMO, it's a giant design flaw and likely puts people at risk if they use it. Mine are going in the garbage. In addition, Mark has used semantics and clever punctuation to imply things that aren't true which is the clear sign of a scammer. Stay away from anything to do with this guy.

the silicone is light and fits my face great, a little leak of air but all masks out there leaks air.
i love that breathing feels good in this mask, especially for doing sports.
oh, i also like that my glasses sit well on top of the mask. when i wear it, i feel badass, like Baine - all of my uni mates are now buy them too.

Edit : I would like to update my comment as further to my initial one I finally got an answer. At the end it seems things were pretty complicated and maybe communication was not the most efficient but further to Marks' reply I received in 4 days (international shipping) the package and, as started, an additional mask. So for this I would like to thank Mark and the team for the compensation and talking care of the order. Mask design is good as well as quality, easy to wear even if I did not for long time so far and still experiencing but looks great. So even if things were not perfect I would put 4 stars as I am satisfied and happy with the special care done after and despite the initial issues and with the product so far. Thanks for restoring my confidence and if it continues this way I May even upgrade the ranking. Thanks again and hope this update will either help you and the others still waiting for their products.

The worst product support ever, the worst product ever! stay away, Mark is disrespectful piece of .... Makes false allegation, promises and never delivers. As a decent dutchman he wanted to save some money on staff, hence was supporting himself the product and organizing everything from production to delivery. Hence nothing worked. original delivery dates never met. Product never properly tested, has leaks and does not work as expected. Offered solution is to buy a bunch of parts on amazon that cost more than the mask and fix it yourself. No need to comment this is not a proper customer support and addressing of issues of a product that is sold for a good amount of money. Stay away! or you'll be whoop-whooped by that fraud!!!

UPDATE: They keep missing deadlines and promised delivery dates, totally unreliable and fraudulent behaviour!
SAGA CONTINUES:
2 months i have been trying to get the fix for the crappy design of the mask. ordered 2 nose bridge fixes. first one arrived with only 1 magnet set. after they failed sending the second magnet set i had to order a new one. courtesy of them free of charge, however i had to pay for the transport. It arrived without a single magnet!!! So overall a bunch of idi0ts work there who can't even figure out how to put a full set and send it correctly. Total waste of your time and money!!!

Founded at Kickstarter. Never ever got any product, any response or anything else. This company is not interested so help or sell anything. They just take the Money and disappear. Especially in times like this it’s very poor to play with peoples fear. So don’t buy this product or anything else.

FEBRUARY 26, 2021 update
A month later and absolutely nothing has changed. Still no refund & still no masks. SURPRISE....the masks & filters that Mark sent me for my trouble were never shipped so they cancelled that order and placed a new order. Guess what? That order never shipped either.

JANUARY 26, 2021 update
After reading my negative review, I was contacted by Mark Austen on December 2, 2020, who told me he would process my refund & send me masks & filters for my trouble. I even received an order confirmation for the masks & filters. It is January 26, 2021 & I did not receive any masks or tracking info and I still do not have a refund. I'm going to say it again...MARK AUSTEN IS PROFITING OFF OF YOUR FEAR DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC!!! THERE ARE BETTER MASKS AVAILABLE FROM REPUTABLE COMPANIES - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

MARK AUSTEN IS A SCAM ARTIST THAT IS PROFITING OFF OF PEOPLE'S FEAR DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC!!! HE DOES NOT OFFER SUPPORT OR EVEN RESPOND TO THE PEOPLE WHO MADE THIS POSSIBLE!!! Backed this on Kickstarter. After long delays and promises that the masks would be shipped from Europe, the masks were shipped from China and most backers either never received them or had issues. Promised refunds to backers after 90 days from shipping but suprise....he disappeared instead of giving the refunds. I can't tell you about the actual masks because I never received them. And the 90 day refund policy was calculated - Visa & Mastercard have a 90 day rule for refunds (120 for international transactions). Since it was a Kickstarter campaign, the charge was placed well before the shipping date so no chance of getting a refund if you waited the 90 days. The only postive reviews are from people that ordered from the website AFTER the Kickstarter/Indiegogo campaigns...they got better masks shipped quickly but paid full price. The early backers got screwed.

Any positive reviews here must be fake. Funded through kickstarter and never received any masks. Look up the kickstarter campaign and view comments to see the real picture of this company/person. Promised to refund if no delivery in 90 days but he just did this to delay people from opening disputes with their credit card companies. Disappeared completely once that 90 days started hitting. Buy at your own risk, from comments, mask doesn't even appear to meet basic requirements for protection from viruses.

Garbage mask! Don’t buy and risk your health! The filters don’t fit the mask, the mask is flimsy and leaks when worn, specifically around the nose. The manufacturer took advantage of Kickstarter backers, and left them hanging. Many have not received anything. When I received mine, after months of shipping delays, I threw them in the trash. Garbage and horrible customer service! I like how in the reply from the manufacturer, they blame shipping delays on 2020. But somehow everything else ordered and pledged on Kickstarter during same period didn’t take months! Also, they made no comment about the poor fitting filters. The masks are useless! Air goes right past/around the filters! They are too short! Don’t believe me, check Kickstarter comments....I’m not the only one!

After very troubled Kickstarter campaign I recveived my mask - many others received nothing, complains in comments section coming thick and fast for months now! - but it's quality was abysmal: DIY to put it together, poor filter fastening, flimsy valve disc with no valve cover, leaking nose area and hair pulling strap with inadequate buckle. I appreciate filters quality - not the size, original were too small and were enlarged after Kickstarter shipping - but the mask was a disaster.

These Masks are a complete failure.
Many customers did not receive any product.
The ones who did received an inferiour and unsafe product with absolutely no support

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER

I would also give zero stars if i could. I ordered 10 units on Indigogo in May, 2020 and have continuously been told "they are on the way". It is now November 15, and I have received nothing. No responses from multiple emails to "Mark" and "Sylvia" going on at least a month now. I get that this is a startup, but this is NOT how to support your customers who prepaid to start you up!

I received the items very fast

I received my mask within the offered period, everything complete, in good condition, no complaints.
Later I used it, I stay quite good, it is comfortable at the beginning, but soon after I started to feel very hot, and started to sweat a lot, I had to isolate myself to remove the mask and clean it inside because it was totally damp from sweat.
Shortly after using it, it is uncomfortable because of the hot it feels to have it on, of course the filter was totally wet and I had to change it, I have used it three times and I have had to change the filter three times.
So it is not functional at all, it is a comfortable mask, good looking, but very uncomfortable due to the heat.
