Great product
Great product, 2 complaints, it doesn't come with a case, and for some reason after about 20 mins of music the volume randomly drops to almost off

Regarding the volume drop after around 20 minutes of playback: this is a built-in speaker protection feature that automatically lowers volume when the internal temperature rises during extended use, especially at high volume levels. It’s designed to protect the speaker components and extend the device’s lifespan, though we understand it can feel unexpected during use.
As for the carrying case, a dedicated model is in the works and will be available soon. Stay tuned to our official website and social channels for the release announcement.

Very Poor Mileseey product with zero customer service
I purchased this range finder via instagram costing circa £500. I also bought an upgraded case. Firstly I nearly lost it as the £28 case broke within a month of having it as the clip broke off the case. It didn’t make a huge difference as the range finder very quickly stopped working. I messaged the company to inform them of the broken range finder and send them an image of the broken case but they haven’t bothered to respond. I have never written a bad review of anything before but this product is so poor and the company clearly don’t care that I want to protect other consumers from wasting their money. My advice is to avoid their products and stick to reliable companies that have built a brand through creating high quality products supported by strong customer service.

Hole transitions are not smooth and score keeping is clumsy and not user friendly. Scoring should automatically come up at the change of holes.

Love the sound
Love the sound made me nervous without a secure strap but I have used it several times with no issues and worked great even though i live in small communities in SW Wisconsin covered all the corses i have been on near mecharge didn't last through 2 rounds of golf though but overall extremely satisfied and I would recommend it to other people

The device is excellent. I would have preferred a different color. The black blends in too much with the cart pillar. Too easy to forget.

This rangefinder is great!
This rangefinder is great. It's the first one I've used, but it's everything I expected and seems to be the best of both worlds, a GPS system and quality rangefinder.
The only thing I would improve is the ability to better manage the rounds on the touch screen. Bring able to edit it update scores, complete the rounds, reopen rounds, etc. once you've left the course would be great. If this is possible, I haven't figured out how.
Also, I would make the manual smaller and adjust the case so that it can carry the device, charge cable, and manual together. That's very minor though. Overall, very happy with the purchase and product!

Overall, the speaker is very good. The magnets work great. I have some concerns with the handheld rangefinder my first experience my entire round was lost after 16 holes. It would go to sleep often I discovered how to fix that recently with a phone call came in. I lost an entire round. I wish the device would let you tell it you were only playing nine holes. I wish you could record and save your rounds. I wish you could track your stats. If those exist in the app on the handheld, I do not know at this point I feel I bought a good speaker which I could’ve got at a cheaper price somewhere else and I can use a free app on my phone for better rangefinder

1. Update the MILESEEY Golf App to the newest version via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Open the app and connect your GeneSonic Pro via Bluetooth.
3. Install any firmware updates that pop up, then test all functions during your next golf round.

Absolutely love the GPS speaker, its easy and convenient on the course. Sounds great and the removable GPS is ideal. With no subscription its a really good deal and 1 time cost. 100% recommend the genesonic GPS speaker

Love the rangefinder
Love the rangefinder, it will take a couple rounds to adjust to all the features but I think it will be awesome once I do. The yardages are spot on with the gps . I like the compact design.

Bad product, or shipping choice?
I tracked my purchased and saw it sat in Cincinnati for over a week, not Mileseey's fault, but then got the product after 2 weeks and the GPS would not power on. I tried methods from online and customer support to reset it and nothing worked. It did not seem to get power, or have any sort of life. Customer service took several days, after giving more instructions that did not work. I am now waiting for the replacement, which has been sitting in Cincinnati, again for nearly a week, even though the delivery date should have been today. The speaker quality sounded good though, since that was the only thing I could get to work. I am anticipating the GPS not working again, maybe due to something USPS is doing in Cincinnati because I see the QC - PASSED tag in the box. I would think it would be more of a priority.

Garbage
Garbage. Have written 10 times about losing screen after software update. Hard reset does not work. Calling customer service ends in a hang up after 5 min. No response to e-mails.
