Spend a lot of money on a tool from here, almost £300 to be pricise, never recieved and no refund or reply. It’s been well over a month. PLEASE DO NOT BUY INTO THIS BRAND NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE TOOLS LOOK!!!!!

Got the thermal image gun and it works great for what I use it for being a plumber,I see alot of bad reviews which is mainly for late shipping and no customer service but saying that I did have to wait a little longer than I thought but as soon as I contacted them they got straight back to me to explain why there was a delay so I've no problem with that at all,great wee tool and the customer service was great too so stop moaning folks

I have yet to need customer service. The equipment so far works as stated. The original delivery time was way too long though. Which makes me think there is a very small inventory. So fr it seems to be a great product. We'll see if and when customer service is needed.
Quality product but be aware of shipping process
Order process is very straightforward. Once products arrive they are quality. Main issue is the shipping process, which takes forever and at times days turn into weeks plus. This element of the process needs a massive improvement.
Don’t buy from this company!
Don’t buy from this company, especially as a gift for someone else! Their customer service is extremely slow to respond and the company has no empathy or morals.
I was pushed ads for their products all holiday season and decided to invest in, what I thought was, a nice and upscale Christmas gift for my husband. I ordered it in time for him to open on Christmas, and he decided against keeping the product due to the cost and little use for the products features. I reached out to the company and was basically told I was SOL because it was out of the return window by 11 days. The item was completely unopened and had been wrapped under the Christmas tree for over 2 weeks of my “return window”. So I would’ve had no option to return within 30 days of purchase because I was not the recipient of the item. So disappointed and in today’s economy it’s disheartening that all this company cares about is taking your money and their own bottom line.
Mileseey Tools - do better! And at least have a better return policy for the holiday season.

After months of waiting
After months of waiting, they sent the item and gave me a tracking number. The item was eventually delivered to the WRONG country. So I guess somebody got a free thermal camera. Useless company.
I’m really impressed with my DP20 Dual…
I’m really impressed with my DP20 Dual Laser. I ordered it through Amazon and the next-day delivery was spot on. The dual laser itself is something else — a total game changer — and I would happily recommend it to anyone.
As for the service, I was connected directly with Mileseey through Amazon. The response was instant and they helped me resolve my issue straight away. Excellent support.
I would highly recommend both the product and the company

I sent several emails to every MiLEESEY support address I could find and utilized their contact/support form from their website - responses were severely delayed and incomplete to say the least. At one point I called the toll free number and requested to be connected to U.S. based customer support. I determined there is NONE. I asked the agent what country she was located in and she wouldn't even give me that information. Subsequently during her "attempt" to assist me, she gave incorrect information. Good luck if you should need warranty support or "wish" to return one of their products.

Inaccurate shipping times listed on website. Ordered a monocular september 28th and its october 21rst now , still no updates, wish i would of read these reviews first before purchasing .
Be very wary
Support is non existent, timelines on the website are completely made up, and the company has no interest in sticking to them
I ordered on the 27th of September with their usual 5ish days delivery "order now to receive by" date. It's now the 6th of October, and only after escalating to Paypal have they even responded to me, only to say they may ship it out by the 10th, stating lack of stock as the issue
Nowhere on the website was the stock issue indicated, nor did they say they were on holidays until the 8th. Though when I originally emailed they weren't on holidays
