I had a question regarding my order outside of business hours and someone got back to me within an hour. The customer service is phenomenal and they always make sure questions are answered and products are received.

This is my second review
This is my second review, I have never been let down with the quality of merch from this company. I have quite the collection of T-shirts now! My most recent purchase is however on another level. I highly recommend getting the Lucius the eternal T-shirt as it is an absolute beauty.

On the bright side, I did get a refund for the product I never received, so my expectation was met (barely).
The shipping address was auto-populated incorrectly - an old address of mine - which I immediately submitted a support ticket to resolve. Several days later the ticket was reviewed but the order had already shipped. After another week or so the package was returned to sender, so I asked for a refund. After another couple weeks of back-and-forth (this all started April 16th, it's May 27th as I write this), I finally got a refund. Surprisingly, they even said they would send me the products free of charge! Unsurprisingly, however, the shipping address was never corrected.
So I got the refund I requested, and they tried to redeem themselves but failed. So my experience is...meh?

Extremely slow to do literally anything. They claim 48 hours to respond to inquiries to Customer Service, but given I heard from them exactly once in three weeks it shows that this 48 hour response is a lie. They suck. Do no order from them. Buy third party or bootlegs. The quality is going to be about the same as this crap.

Order was shipped promptly, on a bank holiday no less. A mistake that was made on my end was rectified quickly and at no cost to myself, I ordered the wrong shirt and they sent the right one out and said to just keep the one I ordered in error! Thanks to Ryan and the team, really great customer service, will definitely use again!

All around bad experience
Order took longer to shipped past it specified delivery month by 2 months to finally ship to get to the port of the States to then sit for another 2 months and when I contacted support they said that they will consider the order as lost and they would send me another package To then wait another month or two just to reach out again for a update just to be told they can't send another shipment due to the Exclusive items and that I can just get a refund... Which is fine but it took a lot of me reaching out to get here and that was annoying.

My order never came, I reached out by email a couple of times. It took a long time to get a response and the email system used by the company is confusing and has too many responses to the thread,making it hard to follow.
It took wayyyyyy to long for someone to finally say "your l order can't be completed, because we don't have the item" 3 weeks of waiting and waiting. My birthday has since passed (the reason for the order) . This experience was painful. Staff were super friendly.
Rip Off
I made a pre-order in October for my dad’s Christmas as it was meant to ship early December. It’s now mid-February and still not been dispatched. Wrote to customers service and no reply. If you are reading this please but from somewhere else.
