Ordered some items around Christmas that never arrived. Emailed into the support team and they shipped replacement items almost immediately. Thanks Taylor.

Bought a hoody, using their convoluted backward size guide.

Looks like the product I ordered, but feels like it's made from tissue paper or whatever Primark made £8 pjs from.

Just wanted to say the Warhammer Merch team was fantastic throughout my shipping issues. The pkg finally showed up and they were communicative through and through. Guys deserve promotions! Thank you I will def be shopping again in the near future.

they can take time to send a response and only tell you after that if you send another message it can make it take longer, but when they do get to you, they do make sure to have fast service

Great support, solved problem with Asendia by changing delivery company

I initially had the order sent to my P.O. Box, and then closed said P.O. Box and forgot that I had my order sent to my P.O.Box until I got the notification that it was under to be delivered lol. I reached out immediately to customer service and as soon as they were able, they rectified my issue and had the package immediately sent out to my home address. Excellent customer service!

I received damaged item ( damaged by post office ) which i reported only to knowledge to merch customer support, and this awesome guys offered me to send me another replacement one, and last week got it delivered. After many years of ordering online i think i found my perfect store! I Recommend!

Amazing staff and amazing company in general. Products are exceptional and when a mistake is made, it is corrected quickly!

The shop and its offers are great and I am very happy about it. As a customer from mainland Europe (Germany), there is of course the obstacle of customs duties. I am surprised that DHL as a transport service provider manages to handle customs duties so well, but HERMES does not. Example: I ordered twice from the shop, the first delivery was made by DHL, who presented the customs amount and I was able to pay it when I picked it up at the post office. Perfect! The second delivery was made by HERMES. After I investigated, I only received information from them about the whereabouts of the goods I had ordered: they had been returned because the customs fee had not been paid. I did not even receive any information about the customs fee due. Thanks to the great support of PrintClever support, I was refunded the full price of the order. Thank you very very much.

Their customer service is a total joke. Countless emails and social media messages eirher answered weeks later or never answered. Bunch of scammers. Never again!

Poor quality merchandise .
I purchased about £130 worth of T-shirts and they’re falling apart after two months.
And the T-shirts are very thin they used to do really good quality stuff but now it’s like they’ve walked into Primark bought the cheapest T-shirts they could find and did iron on print.

The company is a scam! I pre-ordered a Primarch Sanguinius figurine from their website on October 12th. They promised delivery by New Year’s, but it’s almost February, and they haven’t even shipped it! Meanwhile, they are already selling it on their own site for a lower price than my pre-order!

Complete scammers, and all their reviews are bought!

Ordered a hoodie before christmas, 6 weeks later it still hasnt arrived, and they wont respond to any emails. Stay far away from this company.

The items that we received we of very poor print quality.
the notebook, mug, and T-shirt prints, were all very blurry, low resolution and very dark.

They looked nothing like the pictures on the website.

When looking into it, we realised that this is not a GamesWorkshop company at all. It's a company called "print clever ltd." disguising themselves as a official GW website.

To return the items, the only way is emailing an email address, and awaiting a response. No online returns system, no ticket system, no live chat, no phone number, nothing.

When they replied, they did not offer any return shipping at all. Just said, here's the return address, sort out your own return shipping. No apology, no explanation for the very poor print quality, nothing. Just a copy pasted, here's our address email.

After returning the items, we waited. We checked tracking, they had received it, but nothing. We contacted them, but they completely ignored us, no answer, no communication, nothing.

We eventually had to open a Paypal claim, which was instantly resolved in our favour.

Sadly we have lost money on this, we could not get paypal to refund us all the original shipping cost, or the return shipping cost... so we are £8 out of pocket, and it took over 2 weeks to get a refund.

Absolutely appalling, highly recommend to stay away from this shoddy company, especially with the prices that they charge...

I placed an order for two poster and a calendar last month. Shipping to Texas was nearly $20 and it took two weeks to get here. The issues really arose when I realized that I'd only received one poster. I reached out to customer service and have still not heard a word. I won't be scammed again, and I won't give another dime to these scumbags. Etsy has better stuff anyway, even if it isn't official.

Great quality product and the customer support were so amazing and genuine. They really went out of their way to ensure I was happy with my experience and were so kind and helpful when help was needed!
