Print ruined upon arrival. No acknowledgement to refund request.
Where do I even start? The print I ordered for my brothers birthday arrived in a single sheet envelope with nothing but a thin bit of cardboard on the back and a painfully optimistic "Please do not bend." on the front to protect it.
Not only was the envelope creased everywhere it even had a puncture hole in it!
Suffice to say the print was ruined, I then followed instructions and contacted both yourselves and the print company asking for either a refund or replacement, that was three working days and a weekend ago. So far the only communication I have had from you is an automated acknowledgement saying I would be responded to in 48 working hours (hah!) and this survey form!
I've gone from trying to put together a nice present for my brothers birthday to chasing both yourselves and the printing company for any kind of acknowledgement to my issue.
I've never had to write a complaint before, but ordering through yourselves has been a truly awful experience, and I felt I had to warn anyone else thinking about ordering a print from you. Suffice to say I won't be doing this again.

I still don't have my order and I have paid customs and taxes twice, despite the FAQ saying all fees would be included in the checkout only to have EVRI hold my parcel and threaten to send it back to the sellers if I didn't pay the fees again. This is more an issue with EVRI, but Warhammer Mech told me that the extra fees would be refunded and they have not been. They clearly know there are issues with EVRI and yet they continue to use them as couriers. EVRI are an absolute joke and I cannot understand why anyone still uses them.

Warhammer protective masks
We purchased protective masks for our grandson as a gift.
They arrived even earlier than I expected, and were of great quality.
When we heard from our grandson, he told us that he loved them, and would be wearing them to the Warhammer games he takes part in at a local gaming store.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I got my item. I had experienced some postal issues and repeated disappointments when my item didn't arrive, but the staff were excellent in taking care of my issue. 100% satisfied.
