Never Pre-Order From This Store!
I genuinely sincerely beg, do not pre-order anything with this online store. You will be messed about for months like I was.
I pre-ordered a calendar at 23rd September, which was a promotion to come with a poster. That they repeatedly promoted.
When I got sent a promotional email in November, it said the calendar was now in stock. I contacted customer service who assured me pre-orders from the promotion would get their orders in November.
November came and went and I contacted the customer service again to get an update as I still had not got my order.
After being messed about and handed to two different customer services advisors. They told me my pre-order was out of stock with a refund and a discount code.
How can they be out of stock if even now they are still advertising on their website it is in fact in stock and still available for purchase?
Reported to the ASA for false advertising for the promotion that they refuse to provide. Also putting on their website their product is in stock when I am being told it isn't at all.
Please don't make the mistake I did of getting messed about for a number of months!

Pre-ordered a calendar
Pre-ordered a calendar, which said it would ship in early November. It was listed on the site as in stock and ready to ship for over two weeks before mine finally shipped, via Evri, and arrived slightly bent with the envelope damaged, luckily the contents were okay, as it was a gift.

Shocking, avoid!
Item took a month from order to delivery, I tried to cancel it as it was taking too long, but they refused, then when it was eventually delivered it was damaged. I raised this with them and they haven’t even acknowledged my complaint.
Horrible
I ordered two shirts and after one month (?!) one of the shirts arrived. It took another one and a half months (!!!) to clarify where my second shirt is. Turns out, the design was sold out by then. Not only that I paid a crazy high shipping fee, they also wanted me to not inform my payment provider to get the second shirt. So I did and of course I got a fee from my payment provider cause I paid the whole order too late. Now that is true customer service. Never gonna order there again.
Awful quality on Garments / Rip Off Postage
The print quality on t-shirts and hoodies is terrible. You can barely see the image. Expensive and awful quality.
Postage is a joke. No option to collect from your local store for free - just a massive suprise amount at check out.
Customer Service A+!
There was a slip up on their distributor/production side and a 2XL shirt I received was sized like the other L shirts I got for my girlfriend. There's was a delay at first, and didn't seem like I was gonna get what I ordered but in the end they realized the error, apologized and sent out a replacement in the next size up from that batch free! And thanked me for comparison photos so they will fix their production issue. Everyone makes mistakes. It happens. But it's awesome to see them stand by their products when they do happen. Great customer service. The tees fit great otherwise, feel good, and look awesome!
price-match success
Found some items here that were cheaper elsewhere. Queried a price match which was accepted. Made the order, arrived 2-3 days later. Super quick with friendly communication.
My order was not complete.
My order was, even though i ordered homedelivery, delivered at another city. at a pickup store.
Its impossible to get in contact with custormer support. Now i cant get my package.
Its been the most shitty service I have ever got. I feel like i will never order from there again.

I like the merch. Someone needs to tell GW to stop being fuckwits with going after STLs, fanmade content and stop railroading their models into only one ruleset (HH or 40k). Thanks
Horrible shipping updates
The products were as expected. The shipping updates were horrible. I had no clue when my package was arriving which was extremely frustrating.
The shirt is great!
Charged but never received, no response from support
I was charged for the backpack I ordered, it never shipped then was "returned to sender". I was not refunded, support has not responded to my emails.
Great shopping experience
Package arrived faster than I expected, shipping wasn't too expensive and I love the merch! Only issue was a domestic delivery one and even that was minor. Happy customer!

Incomplete product followed by non-existent customer support
I received an incomplete product on September 21st 2025, and I sent an email to their support on the same day to notify them of the issue.
I got an answer from an AI bot confirming the issue and they offered to send me a replacement. I responded with my shipping details and they never got back to me.
It is now November 7th, and after sending four more emails I still haven't heard back from them.
[Updated] They finally got in touch with me and refunded my purchase on November 11th.
