All my Meepo boards work great. The power and response is extremely good. Boards are smooth on take off and braking is nice. When power is needed the boards have it. Especially my meepo V4 and the shuffle. Im saving up for a Voyager next.

Speedy replies, even in a different time zone, very friendly and polite, a very satisfying experience.

Das Meppo Hurricane Elektro-Longboard hat mir ein fantastisches Fahrerlebnis und ein Gefühl grenzenloser Freiheit geschenkt. Ich kann mit einer Reichweite von 30-40 km fast in voller Geschwindigkeit fahren, was wirklich beeindruckend ist.

Allerdings hatte ich ein oder zwei technische Probleme mit dem Akku. Auch wenn es ärgerlich war, möchte ich dennoch den Kundenservice von Meppo Hurricane hervorheben. Sie haben sich engagiert darum gekümmert und waren bestrebt, eine Lösung zu finden. Ich schätze ihr Engagement und ihren Einsatz, um sicherzustellen, dass ich zufrieden bin.

Abgesehen von den technischen Problemen ist das Fahrerlebnis mit dem Meppo Hurricane unglaublich. Es bietet ein reibungsloses Fahrgefühl und lässt mich das Gefühl von Freiheit und Glück in vollen Zügen genießen. Auf dem Board zu stehen und die Welt um mich herum zu vergessen, ist einfach unbezahlbar.

Alles in allem bin ich mit dem Meppo Hurricane Elektro-Longboard größtenteils zufrieden. Die herausragende Reichweite und das Gefühl der Freiheit, das es mir gibt, sind unschlagbar. Ich schätze den engagierten Kundenservice von Meppo Hurricane, obwohl ich ein paar technische Probleme hatte.

Good customer service

Gotta say, excellent customer service. No hassle at all and Bonnie sent me a brand new battery! It was a very simple process with very minimal back and forth messaging.

I ordered a new motor for my Meepo mini 2, emailed the team for some advice and got through to a legend called Danny. He let me know that the motor I ordered was not compatible with my Meepo, Danny the hero send out the right motor for me no charge or fee's and completely saved the day. I highly recommend Meepo and the customer service I have received has been outstanding, I would give more then 5 stars if I could. Danny you are a true hero! many thanks bro.

Holy guacamole what service. I kept coming at them with more questions and they kept coming at me with more answers. I would’ve thrown me in the trash but they just threw me all the help I needed. Due to time zone difference every time I asked a question I woke up to an answer! Which unfortunately for them gave me time to think up another question. Can’t thank them enough for sticking with me through it all. So excited to get the board back on the road!!

Wow. What a great experience so far. I purchased my board in March and I waited to ensure the product was well built. Let me tell you it is! Also, customer service are quick to respond and rectify any issue/ complaint a patron may have. The best part is you can purchase parts to fix the board/product yourself !! The staff at Meepo know what they are doing and they are doing it well.

From the initial purchase, to the lost package in the mail, the customer service was five star quality. I appreciate their help. IF you are patient enough to wait weeks for your order, trust that they will deliver as promised!

I had a Hard to resolve issue , and was solved Very Fast.

The customer service is excellent. It is in China but pretty much always get a email response within 24 hours and does everything they can solve my issues. The warranty is short but at least the customer service is fast, responsive, and they do what they can to solve my problem outside the warranty.

The staff member was patient, kind, and efficient! I had a battery issue with my Voyager X. They worked with me to diagnose the board’s issues and afterwards immediately prepared to deliver a solution. Thanks Meepo!!

He comprado un Meepo Mini Dual para mi hijo. Estoy muy contento con la calidad y prestaciones del producto. Tuve un problema con el mando a distancia (la batería se agotaba muy rapido). Mandé un correo al servicio post venta y después de enviar un video me enviaron otro mando para solucionarlo. Buen servicio post venta.

First, I would like to say that everyone I dealt with from Meepo was professional and very kind. When I received my order they went far beyond what they were to do and did more than what I had expected. They didn't ask any questions, they only wanted to see the defect and they took care of me with another order of what I had already paid for, for FREE!!!!

Meepo Board is hands down, the best electric skateboard company in the industry. I now have over 1,500 miles on my Meepo Hurricane, and yesterday was my first ride on the new Cyclone 165s Future Tubeless Tire Set. They are the most durable, and comfortable wheels I have ever owned. Not only do they provide ultimate comfort, but the best carvability out of any wheel i've ever used. If you don't own this combination of board and wheels, what are you waiting for?
