Not received item which was a Xmas present made to feel like a liar and still
No replacement or refund!! Clearly happens to others will not be buying again.
You have stated the man was submitted 2 days ago in your reply but I originally made you aware on the 17th December after saying my parcel was delivered I have had many emails since this time and you were aware of this being a Xmas present, I did all the steps you asked and then another step was added.

Already had a knitted top which is…
Already had a knitted top which is excellent so wanted the knitted trousers to go with it. They were to big so wanted to return them. Im technically challenged so was to difficult for me to download the code. Eventually the returns label was done for me which I found to be an excellent service. Cant thank the maebe team enough otherwise would have been stuck with an item I couldnt wear. Excellent quality though.

No response regarding faulty item.
My daughter saved her the money earned from her weekend job to purchase a full tracksuit. I washed it as said in care instructions 30 degree heat and air dried. One leg of the track pants shrunk around 3 inches. My daughter reached out and filled in an online form back in early November and still has not had a response. She did not attempt to return as item worn and washed. She had taken photos as proof so send once CS had responded. Considering how expensive it was, I was shocked this happened as the other leg and tip was fine. Very poor customer care, I am saddened to say. Had high hopes for this brand!

Complete Customer Service Nightmare - Avoid This Company at All Costs
This company is shocking. From the start, they sent me two of the same item instead of the set I ordered, leaving me with only half my purchase. No replacement was offered, I had to wait weeks for the item to come back in stock and then re-order it myself.
The second order did then not arrive so I politely requested a refund, providing clear evidence that it had not been delivered. Instead, they refused to believe me and demanded I file a police report for an item I never claimed was stolen. They would rather waste police time and resources than do what they are legally required to do: refund a customer for goods they never received.
After challenging this, they backtracked and asked for a Denial of Receipt form instead. The constant shifting of requirements, lack of accountability, and complete absence of an apology wasted hours of my time and caused unnecessary stress. From their original mistake, I have been left with half an outfit for over a month.
I am young and tech-savvy, able to gather evidence and correspond with the courier, but someone older or less confident with technology would have been completely overwhelmed and likely denied a refund entirely.
This is not an isolated case, there are numerous 1-star reviews from other customers with similar experiences. The company relies on the fact that it was established by a famous influencer, to create an impression of credibility, while in reality the company is unprofessional, disorganised, and treats customers terribly.
Even if a refund is eventually processed, that is not the point. The issue is the inexcusable level of incompetence, misleading behaviour, and poor treatment I and many others have endured. No customer should have to go through this just to receive what they paid for.
Avoid this company entirely.

I recently bought the tailored every wear blazer. It’s a classic style, but the fit is what makes it stand out. It cinches in nicely at the waist, has proper structure through the shoulders, and just gives a really flattering shape overall. The material feels such good quality and it goes with pretty much everything — jeans, trousers, skirts, even over a dress. I’ve worn it a few times now and it still looks brand new. Definitely one of those wardrobe staples you end up reaching for all the time. Would recommend. 10/10

Very poor flexibility and disappointing customer experience
I am really disappointed with Maebe. I bought an item as a gift, and it was kept unopened until the person finally tried it on. It was completely unused, in the original packaging, and the protective return tag was still attached. Despite this, Maebe refused any exchange or even store credit simply because it was outside their 14-day window.
Most retailers show some level of flexibility in situations like this, especially when the item is clearly in perfect, resellable condition. Maebe chose to stick rigidly to policy with no willingness to help at all.
I’m genuinely unhappy with how this was handled, and I won’t be using them again.

The material is so thick and good quality
The material is so thick and warm, such good quality! Already looking at buying this cardigan in the black colour, it’s so classy.
Also have the hoodie and wide leg joggers in brown and it’s so comfy, I wear it all the time! It’s definitely something I grab for in my wardrobe, would love this in the navy colour too.
