I’ve made several purchases from Maebe, and the stacked long sleeve top is incredible quality. I’m so happy they’ve released it in new shades. It washes beautifully, fits true to size, and the lightweight fabric is perfect. It looks great worn on its own or layered, making it a real wardrobe staple. I’d love to see this style released in even more colours.

Very poor returns service
I bought a pair of jeans for my daughter for Christmas but when I gave them to her and she tried them on they were too small. Upon returning them they have only issued a "store credit" as they have a return window of 14 days. This is ridiculous at Christmas time when you have to order well in advance to guarantee they will arrive in time. I do not recommend - this is not the service I expect when a pair of jeans costs £90. They didn't even email to tell me I had a credit, they only let me know when I asked where my refund was

Exchanging a faulty top
After purchasing a daily errands top for my daughter I noticed it had frayed around the button area to which I sent a pic and ask what could be done as it was really noticeable and I don’t want it to get worse considering how expensive it was Emma was fantastic her customer services was outstanding as soon as I packaged it off she guaranteed they had one in the warehouse as was sold out online I sent the proof of posting and it was on its way and arrived all brand new in the bag and replaced!!! Thank you as my daughter buys as lot of maebe stuff so restores the faith😁

Great customer service
I had returned a parcel however this was delayed due to issues with evri. I explained the issue to Emma and she helped me with my refund straight away. Amazing customer service! 🙏🏼

Really impressed with Maebe
Really impressed with Maebe. Molly and her team have definitely outdone themselves. International shipping was fast. Packaging materials were sturdy (shipped to Australia). Upon unboxing a nice little detail card from Molly and nice wrapping materials. You could feel the quality of the fabric, good stitching - even down to things like the buttons that felt considered (even when they were to be hidden once buttoned up inside a garment). I'm a broad shouldered girlie so I really appreciated having the option to keep in or remove the shoulder pads to better suit my silhouette.

Prompt delivery and the quality is unreal. It might seem expensive but I genuinely think these pieces are worth investing in as they are staple pieces in my wardrobe. Not happy with product poor customer…
Very poor quality, tracksuit bottoms are a very poor fit, and too long, when in a 20c low spin wash one leg was longer than the other. Advise not to buy Msebe, M & S are much better quality and I am a size 10, ,

Excellent clothes and customer service to match
Maebe customer service (shout out to Emma and Sophie) was totally seamless and really helpful. I had a parcel damaged by the courier on return and they immediately refunded me and took the issue out of my hands.

How LONG ??
For reference, I am 5ft 5 with a standard leg length from M&S, and these joggers are excessively long – genuinely sized as though they are intended for very tall individuals. I did not realise Molly was quite this tall. The sleeve length on the hoodie is also disproportionately long.
The paper packaging used for delivery and returns is extremely poor quality and inflexible, to the point that I had to use my own mailing bag to return the items.
Even at sale price, these items totalled £130, which is disappointing given the overall execution. The aesthetic is lovely, but the fit, finishing, and packaging do not reflect the price point and are comparable to brands at a third of the cost.

Awful customer service (Emma)
Awful customer service (Emma). Returns policy that is completely unfair. A Christmas present bought at the beginning of December has to be returned before Christmas to qualify for a refund. Even though we went on to reorder the correct size. Would never buy from them again based on this and their customer service team.

We have reviewed this matter and can see you placed your order on November 25th, therefore this was not eligible for our extended Christmas returns policy as this was for orders placed on or after December 1st, which was kindly explained to you and detailed on our website.
Furthermore, we can see that the team kindly made an exception on December 2nd and you have been provided with a returns label to send this back to us for store credit on this occassion.
