Gutted the quality and style of the dresses are beautiful. So disappointed at the sizing of the product. I am a size 16 but thought I’d go safe with 18 (3xl) for comfort wasn’t even close to doing up was more like a size 14 never been so disappointed by a brand.

Had my item for over 8 days and still no refund and now not answering my emails. Had confirmation last Tuesday (7th) that it had a arrived and 'please allow a few days to process' emailed Monday to be told to wait 7 days which is understandable but now it's over that an no correspondence. It's a treat for me to order from there as items are expensive (but great quality) I'm now over £200 down with no answer.

I ordered several dresses which didn’t fit (too small on the bust and too large elsewhere). After returning them, I noticed my refund was £45 short. Customer service said this was due to “Swap Protect,” which I did not knowingly select—and wouldn’t have. When I tested placing another order, this option didn’t appear at checkout.

It seems to be added automatically after purchase, which feels misleading. I requested a refund for this charge but was told it wasn’t possible. I’m very disappointed with this experience and, based on this, wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company.

I was so worried about ordering from here due to everyone saying they never get refunded when they sent their order back, low and behold my order was sent back nearly a month ago and I have had no refund.

I emailed CS who said it was processing and can take up to 10 working days (which is fine i understand refunds can take a little while), it’s been a substantial amount of time since this email and no refund.

I emailed again and was told they cannot locate it and do I have a tracking number- which is funny as your first advisor could track it no problem.

Fraudulent company- unfortunately if the sizing wasn’t so off I wouldn’t have needed to even send anything back- very disappointed.

Beautiful sets, but i feel the sizing is off.
I purchases two trouser x halterneck co ords in oat and black. Per the measurements I ordered xxs in both tops and bottoms. Xxs halterneck top is extremely tight on the bust and not cinched on the waist, the trousers have a little room on the waist. I bought xs in both tops and it fits better but still super tight on the bust. If I size up anymore, it will be even more loose on the waist when I wanted a cinched look. I don't have a big bust, it's 32 inches size C - no idea why the tops are so compressed in this area. Also paying a premium for 100% polyester, which is a shame.

I had an amazing customer experience. I was worried they wouldn’t exchange my dress as it was a sale item but they were understanding and reassured me they will try the best to find the size that fits me. Their customer experience team is very responsive. Great online shop, beautiful dress with a really nice fabric and a great customer experience.

Just want to say ODD MUSE customer service is the best I have ever experienced so accommodating and would highly recommend

I can honestly say this was one of the most upsetting shopping experiences I’ve had in a very long time. As a woman in my fifties, I’ve seen my fair share of poor management, but what I witnessed here truly shocked me.

A lady (who I can only assume was the manager )was openly searching a very young employee’s bag in front of customers. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational and humiliating. The poor girl looked absolutely mortified, as though she was on the verge of tears at any moment. It was deeply uncomfortable to watch.
Unsurprisingly, nothing was found in her bag. What troubled me most was the tone and attitude displayed. It came across as though certain members of staff believe they can intimidate younger employees simply because of an age or position difference.

There was very little dignity or compassion shown, and it left a really sour impression.

At my stage in life, I value kindness, professionalism and basic respect above all else. Unfortunately, this experience showed a serious lack of all three. I left feeling saddened not just as a customer, but as a mother and grandmother who hates to see young people treated in such a distressing way.
I sincerely hope management reflects on how situations like this are handled in future. No one deserves to feel belittled at work.

Awful awful company - I returned two dresses and they have said they never turned up. Complete scammers.

I was very excited when they dropped their recent bridesmaids collection in the exact colour that I wanted. Shipping was incredibly quick although the dress was marked as a pre-order which was a pleasant surprise!

However, the sizing and shipping ruined my experience. I’ve ordered my normal size and couldn’t even zip up the dress halfway. The international shipping prices are absolutely not worth risking a dress that won’t fit - I‘ve lost 85€ on a 239€ order (of which 50€ were shipping costs!) Would never order from here again if not UK based, although the quality seems to be nice.

I have been following this brand online and finally got to visit the store in NYC. The store was beautiful and the staff was incredible. The quality of the clothes and tailoring surprised me in the best way. I am even more obsessed with this brand after trying on garments in person. While there, I purchased a mini dress for myself and a mini white dress for my friend who is getting married. I cannot wait for my next purchase!

There were some beautiful dresses, I managed to get them on sale - I wouldn't have paid full price for some of these.

What I find very sneaky, as others have mentioned is the sneaky inclusion of "swap protect" this appears to be some kind of extra customer service add on?? At an additional £9, I think it is ludicrous. It is very shady overall for a fashion company to have these kinds of trick add-ons that are added as standard that you need to opt out of. What I want is my clothes, and good customer service.. not to pay £9 for the "luxury" of reasonable timeframe for returning items.

I bought the Odd Muse Halter Maxi Dress and the quality was outstanding! Measurement guide was accurate, the fabric was thick and durable, and the fit of the dress was perfect. I’ve reached out to their customer service team a few times and they were far more attentive and responsive than any other company I’ve reached out to in recent years! Rather than sending an automated and unhelpful response, a member of their team has always carefully reviewed my inquiries and followed up with a response promptly. Their excellent customer service and high quality products makes them stand out amongst other brands, I’ll continue to shop here knowing that I’ll be supporting a great company who deserves the recognition!

My overall experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The ordering process was smooth, and everything felt very premium and well put together.

What did you like about the item?
I genuinely love this Old Muse dress! The way it sculpts my body is everything. it hugs in all the right places and gives such a flattering, feminine shape. The length is perfect… sexy yet still very decent and classy, which I really appreciate. The silk material feels so luxurious and different from the usual kind. it’s soft, smooth, and sits beautifully on the skin. You can really tell it’s quality. Overall, the fit is just stunning and it made me feel confident, elegant, and effortlessly beautiful.

Yes, it was absolutely true to size. It fit me perfectly without needing any adjustments and complemented my shape so well.

Shipping and delivery were seamless. My order arrived on time, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. I had no issues at all, which made the whole experience even better.

I do always worry about the ‘green washing’ with ‘premium polyester as the main source of fabric. It’s still unfortunately polyester. Love the brand overall though

I had been considering the crystal corset for months, but never pulled the trigger as didn’t have a specific event to wear it to. I’d also never shopped with Odd Muse before and wasn’t quite sure about the cost/quality of a unknown brand.

When the archive sale listed it, I couldn’t resist trying them out. I was STUNNED. The packaging, the invoice, the corset itself. It all screams quality and luxury. I immediately went back and purchased 2 other items in the sale that I had been considering, because the quality of the corset was so good.

Sadly those other items didn’t have the fit I wanted, but the return process has been easy and drama free. I’m sad the archive sale is over because the standard pricing is abit out of my reach for general clothes shopping, but I will keep an eye out for other discount events - and if I have a really special occasion to buy for, I’ll be back!

Had a lovely experience in the new york store as well as online. Every piece i’ve bought is great quality and fits true to size. Love odd muse!
