The jeans are lovely just not suited to me specifically. When returning them I had a query. I emailed the company and they got back to me within hours. Very efficient, highly responsive and a lovely company to purchase from. Also very reasonable pricing considering the quality and style of the clothes being sold.

I’ve been really impressed with the quality of the clothing. Everything I’ve ordered has been well made and feels great. On the rare occasion I’ve had an issue, the customer service team has been fantastic. They were friendly, quick to respond, and resolved everything without any hassle. It’s so refreshing to buy from a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely continue shopping here!

Please beware
Please beware. I have been waiting for a refund for items they confirmed they had received 17 days ago. This is against consumer law. They will then ask you to prove the weight of the parcel. Currently they're holding close to £300 of my money and I have absolutely nothing to show for it.

3rd time ordering from Maebe
3rd time ordering from Maebe. I love the designs but always think they won’t look good or fit right on me. But every time I end up loving the fits and keeping. This is my new go to place to order myself a luxury item. The designs are unique yet simple and you won’t find them on the high street, the quality is 10/10, the cuts, the fabric choices. My bday wishlist is now just going to be a voucher for Maebe. I have purchased the away day trousers in 2 colours and most recently the Cove set in blue which I adore!!! Only feedback is the trousers are always a tad long on us shorter girls but just about get away with it. Also love the branding asthetic. I thought it would just be cheap high street designs but it isn’t and will continue to shop there for unique and well thought out pieces.

My sora grey T-shirt is by far the best tshirt/top I have purchased in years!
It is so hard to find good quality clothing now (and I have ordered from so many big social media influenced names) but it’s soft, washes well, fits perfectly and is good to wear as a day or evening top for any shape or age! Well done Maebe team :)

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Ordered and apparently left on my door step, come home and my order not there. Followed all forms etc and having to wait a long time for resolution when it's clear the item was not delivered safely. I also order a top separately and that arrived and was left in a plant pot, rained heavily that day and the parcel was soaked. Customer service response are horrendous and unhelpful. Disappointing and will be taking my business elsewhere going forward
