I love all my Maebe pieces. I have the co-ord. They are minimal, elegant, understated and comfortable pieces of quiet luxury. The ruching on the top is perfect, very flattering. I love how the matching pants hang. The colour is beautiful. Everything was true to size.

High quality clothing that I’d highly recommend. Every item I’ve purchased has received compliments and praise also!

I am extremely disappointed with the way Maebe is handling my return.
I returned my item correctly using Royal Mail and have tracking evidence confirming that the parcel is in their network. However, the Royal Mail tracking is showing that the recipient has requested that the item is not delivered.
Maebe is the recipient, so naturally I contacted them asking a very simple question: why has Royal Mail been asked not to deliver my return?
Instead of answering this, customer service simply told me that my return is “currently being processed at a local hub and will shortly be delivered back to our warehouse” and that I will receive my refund once it arrives.
This completely avoids the issue.
If the recipient has requested that Royal Mail does not deliver the parcel, how am I supposed to get my return back to their warehouse? More importantly, why should my refund be delayed because of something that appears to be happening between the company and Royal Mail?
I have returned the goods. Royal Mail has the parcel. I have provided the tracking number. I have specifically asked Maebe to explain the unusual tracking status, yet I have still not been given an explanation.
I find this a very strange and concerning way for a company to handle a customer return. I should not have to repeatedly chase a refund while being given responses that fail to answer the actual question.
I would strongly advise anyone purchasing from Maebe to be aware of my experience with their returns process.
I will update this review if Maebe provides a proper explanation and processes my refund.

I ordered two items from Maebe - a top and a white pair of shorts. The top fit perfectly and the quality feels great. The shorts were just a little too tight, so will get a larger pair, as they have an adjustable waist, which I wish more clothing brands would do! Unfortunately, I was abroad when my order arrived so the return timeframe had expired by then. After just sending one email to customer service, they waived the expiration and sent me a returns code very quickly. Very grateful and will still purchase the larger size.

Was really looking forward to the stunning ALBA jumpsuit. Sadly the legs are far too long by several inches. And I’m 5’6”! Not exactly small. Please don’t copy Zara and gave pants/trousers that are just far too long for most people. Jumpsuit now returned. And I’m £5 lighter on postage.

I have to admit, my first impression wasn't the best.

Living in the EU, I was disappointed to discover the customs fees only after ordering - they added roughly a third to the total cost, which definitely stung. I wish this was made much clearer before checkout.

That said... once the set arrived, my opinion changed.

I ordered the Piped Revere Oversized Shirt and Piped Tailored Trousers in Khaki Moss, and the quality genuinely impressed me. The fabric feels beautiful, the tailoring is excellent, and the overall look is exactly what I was hoping for - simple, understated, and effortlessly elegant. It's the kind of outfit that doesn't need loud details to make an impact.

What also stood out was the care that went into the presentation. The packaging felt thoughtful and beautifully executed. Each piece was wrapped separately, there was a handwritten-style note inside the box, and each garment had a branded ribbon threaded through it.
I know some people see this purely as a way of discouraging customers from wearing an item before returning it, but I actually saw it differently. To me, it felt like an extra touch that elevated the whole experience and made unboxing feel genuinely special.

Would I wear it every day? Probably not. Given the total cost after customs, I'll be saving it for occasions when I want to feel a little more put together. But even taking those extra charges into account, I don't regret buying it. It's one of those pieces that feels special to own, and for me, the quality justified the investment.

In summary: from the design and craftsmanship to the overall customer experience Maebe has absolutely lived up to my expectations.

My first experience shopping with Maebe went really well. Been pondering over this brand for a while probably because of my age (60 shh! though I like to think trendy) so took the plunge on the Daily Errands range. Bought in the sale and got a couple of bargains. Sadly had to return the shirt, loved it especially the long cuff detail but even the large didn’t fit! Wish I’d gone with my gut and ordered the bigger size as well as it was sold out when I requested my return.
On that point, I found the returns process really easy and quick. Returned on Monday, refunded by Thursday!
I’ve read other reviews complaining about the returns period. To be fair it’s one of the first things I look at with a new brand, terms and conditions etc. The returns and refund terms are set out very clearly so I don’t see it should be an issue. Yes I get some other brands have 28 days or longer, but to be fair it’s made very clear, 14 days from delivery to let them know and receipt within another 14 days, seems fair to me and realistically if something’s not liked or doesn’t fit it shouldn’t take 14 days to decide. My advice is read the T&C’s prior to purchase, if not happy don’t buy.

On my other purchase of the Daily Errands joggers, super happy with those. Fit perfectly on the waist, I bought a medium being a UK 12 and love the baggy fit. Fabric seems good quality, not washed yet though so the jury’s out on that one.

The other thing I was impressed with was the security ribbon through each garment. More brands should do that so you don’t end up with someone else’s return that’s possibly been worn. Tape is stitched and loose enough not to get in the way or be tampered with. Packaging is excellent too, not just chucked in a plastic bag, nicely individually wrapped in tissue and boxed.

So yes overall I’m impressed with the service and quality. Hopefully the Daily Errands shirt comes back in stock. If I had to pick one slight negative I’d say the delivery charge is quite high but having said that, the returns fee is pretty much standard. Also like the fact you can get a little bit more with a credit rather than refund but would obviously need to be 100% sure of a re-order.
Will be revisiting again at some point.
