Absolutely love this brand
Absolutely love this brand. Lovely fabrics and designs. Had an issue with a pair of jeans. The team were amazing, responded within 2 hours. Free return, no quibble and replaced the item, all within 5 days.

Premium price, disappointing longevity
I’ve been a loyal Maebe customer and have always loved the brand, which makes this experience especially disappointing.
I purchased the Seam Detail Boyfriend Jeans for £90 and absolutely loved them—the fit, style and overall look were exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, after just over a year, the jeans have shown significant wear, including the denim thinning and tearing, which I would not expect from an item at this price point.
I contacted customer service in the hope of discussing a repair, replacement, or even a goodwill gesture, but my complaint was declined solely because it fell outside their 6-month faulty item policy. While I understand brands need policies, I was disappointed that no flexibility or goodwill was offered, particularly as a repeat customer.
What’s most frustrating is that I genuinely love the brand and wanted to continue shopping with confidence, but this experience has left me feeling let down—not only by the quality of the item, but by the lack of customer support when I raised a genuine concern.
Beautiful clothing, but sadly my experience has made me question whether the quality and aftercare match the premium pricing.

As the jeans were delivered over 13 months ago, this falls significantly outside of the 6 month faulty policy. Having reviewed the information provided, they were unfortunately unable to take this matter further.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality. Stylish. I have got the track jacket in two colour ways, and I’m not exaggerating when I say everytime I wear one, people comment and ask me where it’s from. Have recently bought the fine knit pointelle set in buttercream and loved it so much ended up getting it in black.

Gorgeous products
Gorgeous products, amazing quality, fast shipping, beautiful packaging, cannot fault the Maebe shopping experience. Ive never had any issues so not needed customer service so I cant comment on that, but as long as my experiences stay positive i will keep buying from Maebe, I absolutely love them!

Beware of the very short returns window.
The returns window is too short. Most retailers give you 28 days to return the item. It’s really disappointing.

Excellent customer service received…
Excellent customer service received from start to finish. I had to return an item as it was too big for me. However, I love the clothing and it’s quite rare for me to return anything. I would say the clothing is very good quality and is worth the price. I accidentally sent back the wrong item and they have kindly sent it back to me and my issue has been resolved so quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with Emma’s service. Thankyou so much!

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service.
I have made two orders with Maebe and been disappointed both times with their service. The first order was faulty as the loop for the cuffs snapped so easily after trying to put a button through, as the security tag had been snipped off (as I wore the item and planned to keep it) they refused to refund me or repair the item.
My second order they confused the item I returned and refunded me for the item which costed less. Thankfully I checked my refund and had to highlight they hadn’t processed the full refund. Yet to hear back from them.
Very disappointing as I absolutely love their clothes!

I bought the Away day set and the quality is really nice, as well as the fit! In love! I was also in contact with customer service both regarding the product itself and shipping related questions. They were really helpful and answered quickly. Will probably order again in the future, even though it was expensive to ship to Sweden!

Amazing customer service!
I ordered the Awayday Pleated Set in Cream. Upon arrival I noticed a mark on the top (the fabric and quality of the product however is amazing!) After finding this mark, I sent an email to the customer service team and within 2 hours I had received: a response with an apology, a free returns label and free next day delivery replacement order. Emma’s customers service and support was absolutely brilliant, making everything stress free and exceptionally efficient. Would 100% recommend.

Robbery in returns
Really disappointing experience returning items.
I followed the return process exactly, using the prepaid Evri label provided by the retailer and securely packaging the items in the original packaging. The parcel was delivered and confirmed by the company as sealed on arrival with no signs of tampering.
However, they are now refusing to issue a refund, claiming the parcel contained “only empty packaging” when opened.
There is no verified weight taken at drop-off, and the weight they’ve relied on (0.002kg) was simply a pre-generated label weight, not an actual recorded weight. No evidence has been provided to show what was in the parcel at the point it was handed to the courier or during transit.
Their entire decision is based on internal warehouse checks after delivery, which does not prove what was sent.
As the return label and courier were provided by them, responsibility should sit with the retailer and their delivery partner, not the customer.
I have now had to escalate this through my payment provider to recover my money.
Very frustrating and not the level of customer service I would expect.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. We have reviewed this matter and can see following a full review of the return, including CCTV footage of the package being received and opened, we can confirm the parcel arrived sealed and showed no signs of tampering. Our investigation found that the returned items were not present when the parcel was opened at our warehouse only the empty polybags were inside.
While we understand your concerns regarding the courier process, we have no evidence to indicate any interference during transit. Based on all available information, we were unable to accept liability in this instance.
We recognise you have escalated this with your payment provider and we have cooperated in full with this.
