Lunavelle

Very aggressive marketing, offering discounts that don't exist. When you place an order Lunavelle will add extra items and charge you for them. They seem to have the product out the door and on the way to you as you are making psyment. My last purchase will be my last purchase from this criminal company. On a plus side, the patches do work for me having been insomniac for years. But this does not excuse the aggressive ordering behaviour.

Send me a little bit of samples and if they work I will order them. I am not paying for something that I don't know if they will work for me. I don't care about reviews because they are either fake or different for individuals with different metabolism. If you can't see my point then stop emailing me. My address is 315 south Broad St Philadelphia, pa.19107.thanks Mark Molczan. MarkMolczan1961@ Gmail.com

This company over charge my credit card. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!'ITS A SCAM! ITS A SCAM 6-8-2026

Total scam. These people are unethical, dishonest, liars. They are con artists. Stay away. You get what you deserve!

Avoid this company unauthorised charges. Tried to stop payment immediately but to find within that 30 minutes that items had been shipped! Right I highly doubt it buyers beware this company is a scam. Luckily PayPal will be issuing a full refund after the items are revived that's if I receive them. Purchased 3 boxes patches for $47 only to find they issued an unauthorised payment of another $71. Please avoid this is a total scam and very unpleasant experience.

Lies and dishonesty abound with this seller. How they are still able to trade is beyond me. My wife brought patches with a discount which came to $11 but AFTER CHECKOUT 2 payments came out of our bank account totalling just under $200. My wife then sent an email asking to cancel the order, they sent an email saying mistakes like this happen often, do you still want to cancel, my wife again asked to cancel and be refunded. 3 or 4 days later a support team worker sent an email asking if the matter was resolved (as if they wouldn't know, being from the support team), my wife said no and again asked what was happening with the cancellation. Next day ( 5 days after asking for cancellation), they send an email saying sorry the products (that weren't ordered) have already been dispatched so we can't give a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.....TOTAL SCAM, you will be ripped off guaranteed!

Have just been duped by this company by misleading advert. Thought I was ordering one box £9.99. Instead they have taken £63. Contacted immediately to cancel but instead received an email confirming my successful order!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I hope you read the reviews before you get scammed.
I thought a price of £7.99 for a box of sleep patches was reasonable. But when I pressed to buy via Paypal, it came up as two payments - 29.99 and another for 69.99 - it was a hidden price, pre-programmed and I've lost the money. I asked them to reinburse me but they keep fobbing me off saying give it 10 days to receive it back into my account.
Unscrupulous thieves. Don't get conned

I have only been using them 3 nights and I was told that the patches may take time to take effect. I ticked the three packs but was ultimately charged for six. Not happy about that but if they work it will be okay, if not I will be looking for a refund.

Before SHIPPING a CUSTOMER ORDER, this Company MUST account for why people are getting charged with multiple orders and triple balances that can't be disputed while it's in Pending at your Bank. Once it's POSTED and the money is deducted from your Bank, you now have to call and dispute it. Not nice, Lunavelle

Total scam. Purchased 11.99 patches and 4.99 shipping but was charged $130 something dollars. How did a $16 order turn into over $130? Scam! Do not order from this business. Read the other reviews. Scamming everyone. It charged my card twice. Had to call my bank for help. Save the headache.

Keine Wirkung. Hat beim Einschlafen absolut nicht geholfen, im Gegenteil: mir wurde davon schrecklich übel. Dabei noch dieser aufdringliche Geruch!!

Misleading unlawful site. Purchased sleep patch’s for £9.99 and charged for 6 at £63.98 plus automatically put on a subscription. Had to stop subscription via bank and received no literature from company of what I was charged or signed up to. Looked at my PayPal and horrified so received a refund from PayPal very fast. Someone else I know had same thing happen and also they took an additional £29.99 without her knowledge so in total £94.97 taken out of her bank. She has received nothing in the post after a week as realised a week later of the huge amount charged- it’s a rogue company. She is awaiting a refund after opening a dispute. Complained to company and did receive professional responses but something is dodgy about this as likely AI responses.

BE CAREFUL - you click to view the product and money is taken straight away. I’m £80 short now on a useless product

I clicked to view the different options and money was taken straight away. I emailed the company 5 minutes later and received an emailed back 30 minutes later. Telling me that the order had already been sent, which I think is not true

I been using since May 19th now at May 25th and i am still waking 2 times a night, was hoping to get a full night sleep by now! Yes i am following instructions.

Hände weg von dieser Betrugsfirma !
Ich habe folgendes bestellt:

Bestseller - 3x Packungen (84 Pflaster)
50% Rabatt für 16,99 Euro

Auf einmal wurden mir 1o3 Euro in Rechnung gestellt, warum ist mir schleierhaft
Habe den Betrag reklamiert, doch bisher keine richtige Antwort erhalten.

I ordered one product, two were added then another one was added in total coming to over £100. Two were processed without bank verification and that were not confirmed, I went through bank so trying to get my money back is a nightmare. They say they have posted out the items and that Now they want access to my emails so they can check my order. really, do not think so. Am very upset and disgusted. This company should be put out of business. I cannot even find the account I set up to order these items.

I am SO GLAD I read the reviews before I signed up for this product (without knowing about the subscription SCAM). It doesn’t matter how good a product is if you’re ripping people off at the very start of the transaction! This company is IDIOTIC for believing they can get away with it all the time. SHAME ON YOU LUNAVELLE!

Fakeshop.
30 Tage gefahrlos testen-aber das Produkt darf nicht geöffnet werden, sonst kann man es nicht zurückschicken.
Ich versuche, über Paypal mein Geld zurück zu bekommen, sonst geht die Sache zum Anwalt. Finger weg!
