Lunavelle

I got done as well with that 70% discount and somehow the order was double up PAYPAL will be required in this matter, I am not even going to try this stuff.

Betrugsfirma! Achtung!

I also ordered one box for £9.99. After I had paid I actually found that I had been charged £63.89 for six boxes. I emailed the company straight away to cancel the order but have not heard back from them.
How can this company be allowed to carry out these actions?

Ein Stern ist schohn ein Witz. Senden permanent Mails trotz sofortiger Stornirung. Achtung.Fa ist nicht Bereit das Deutche Fernabsatzgesetz zu Beachten..

As others have said a complete rip off. Ordered the special offer£9.99 but was charged £63.89. Tried to cancel straight away but was told
it was too late as the order was being processed. Informed I had to accept the package and then go through a return and refund process. Haven’t received yet . If I don’t get any money back I too will claim through PayPal

Should be zero.
Made a small order via PayPal and then saw it was tripled in price.
Not to be trusted. If I do not get the refund will pursue via PayPal.

Like others, I ordered the special offer but when I checked out was charged £63.89. Avoid this company, I have been trying to get a refund and they keep saying it will be sent to me but there is no sign of it as yet! Over 2 weeks now. Do not even go near this company.

Complete waste of money i think these patches have just been sprayed with a lavender scent and that's all, they dont work at all, you may as well just throw your money away .

Big scam tried to buy 1 for $29.99 got tricked into 4 should have been $91with the so much off was charged 2 x $71 and they don't work Do not deal with th company. Wil have to see the bank so no more rip offs.

The price shown and price charged was doubled... 2 weeks and no product

I only gave it a one star.
This company exploits people suffering from an already debilitating position.
It advertises on Australian website and shows amount of goods as $19.99 plus shipping fee. You input your credits believing you are paying the amount $19.99 and postage but end of paying over $150.00 Australian. There is no way of cancelling the order as a zendesk is all that is available when you lodge your complaint. I would not recommend this website as it doesn’t charge what I believe it says it does. The product might work, he’ll I don’t know. I’ll have to wait for my overpriced goods to arrive. Lesson learned here. Big mistake!!! Ordering system continues to select items I didn’t select and I’m stuck paying the price.

I tried to purchase the 70% off deal for $11.99 but have been charged over $84 TWICE!

They also set up automatic autopay for future subscriptions without my knowledge.

The ordering process is so complicated, with them trying to upsell other products. Very frustrating and now I have to try to get my money back!!

I saw a lot of commercials for this product, so I bought it to give it a try—what a waste of money! I can't sleep at all with this product, which claims to work miracles for sleep. It doesn't even stick to the skin. My advice is: DO NOT BUY IT! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

This is theft, I looked at their sleep patches decided noy for me. next thing I know they have taken £45.92 from me via paypal and now getting the runaround, contesting with Paypal
How can they take money from me without my authorising an order or payment. Scamming scum !!!!

I tried to cancel my order within 5 - 10 minutes of ordering the product. I was told sorry it can't be canceled as it is already on it's way, which would be impossible. It makes me wonder about their integrity and the product.

Ordered one pack took money for three and no goods I have reported this company to Action Fraud other people affected please do the same the more reports the better
