Lunavelle 

Lunavelle sells sleep patches purporting to help you sleep. Maybe they do, maybe they don't. However, I do know that this company's main talent is screwing its' customers. I ordered one bag of 28 patches for $19.99. When I received them more than 2 weeks later, I got 9 bags and my credit card was charged $132.00+ I have tried for almost 3 weeks to get a refund after returning all 9 bags unopened, only to be jerked around. Even after I sent the return certified mail, they act like they can't find it, consequently, I haven't received my refund. I don't know if it will do any good, but I guess I'll file a small claims lawsuit against them.

Patches did not work. After an houe we gave up on them.

I was charged twice more, and at an inflated price after very unclear ordering process. Only resolved when my credit card company became involved. My advice is leave Lunavelle well alone.

This company is dishonest and the product useless. I clicked on one month supply that lighted up. They got my credit card. Did not allow me to see the card and charged me with 6 months supply. I got an alert from my credit card company. I immediately called the customer service. I was told I cannot cancel the order as I have no tracking number. I got a tracking number within a few minutes and I was told it already shipped!!! Several emails no response. I started using the patches. After 4 weeks no results. Distributed rest to my friends and no results. I wish I had read the reviews. I’m trying to contact Better Business Bureau to report them.

I'd like to leave a complaint actually. My account got charged without my knowledge. I don't need any more patches at this time, and please don't charge my account again. I'm going to use what a I have.

I ordered some sleep patches but immediately changed my mind. There was a lot trickery in the was they advertised their prices. I eventually got my money back minus £4. This company is very shady and stay well clear.

Edited 7/13/26, on which date I did receive the product, after having received a full refund. How did that happen?

I linked them to my original review and told them I knew they would say the product was already shipped, I'd already canceled my PayPal subscription that I didn't authorize, and if they didn't do the right thing, I'd be the fat lady singing about it all over the internet.
I'm not changing my review. I'm giving additional information of "If you decide to buy from this company anyway, you better be prepared to fight for your money AND the product."
My case is closed. I hope others do not get treated as badly as the people whose reviews precede mine.

This company cannot improve, because it's a ripoff site. I wasn't thinking, it was late at night, and I did not check TrustPilot ratings first. SO. I placed an order, six months worth for $72 or something like that. Got charged $83. Okay, whatever. I had that in my PayPal balance.
Then I read the reviews. Oh my stars and clovers, I've been had. Read the reviews, you'll see that everyone who bought has a very sad story to tell.
I warned my sister not to give them a try, and said I'm logging into PayPal every day to make sure they didn't give me an unrequested, unapproved subscription. And lo and behold my first day, there they were.

Subscription killed immediately. Now I need to see if
1) I ever receive the product and
2) if it works.
I just turned 68, and I know this is the age that these predators seek out. I'm glad I was able to get a handle on it, and I hope this stops others from ordering, and tells them how to proceed if they already ordered.
PS: To those who received more than they ordered: When you got to the next page, you probably thought it was something other than what it actually was - another order. Once you've paid (I know I am too late), close the window.
Make note of the date, time, and payment method so you can contact your credit card company (or PayPal) to fight the charge.
Good luck, this is a very expensive lesson that not much of anyone can afford to make in this economy.

I ordered patches and multiple payments came out of my account. I am now trying to get a refund to no avail. Shame I didn’t see their ratings before I ordered. Trying to get over 200 pounds back.

für 11,76 bestellt und plötzlich 76 bezahlt über Paypal.Umtausch angeblich nicht möglich da noch ein offener Fall bei Paypal ist .Ich hatte direkt versucht über Paypal zu stornieren und jetzt schließen die den Fall nicht.Alles sehr ärgerlich.😡

Rubbish don't waste your money they don't work at all I even gave some to friends and family and it didn't help nobody. So called influencers will say anything works to get free product steer very clear of this garbage.

Must agree with Lyn's review. Exactly the same thing has happened to me. It's frightening really how our reviews are so similar. I tried to figure out where, if at all, I have managed to make such a monumental cockup. Not very impressed at all.

I order Sleep patches, the order ended up been doubled. After 3 weeks of numberous e mailes, i finally was give details to return the items. Which I have send to them. Now it looks like this company will do anything not to give me my money back. Heard nothing.
I will keep going, might happen

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

First- the company duplicated my order - they said “oh well” They refused to correct the error.
I’ve tried the patches now and guess what??!! THEY DO NOT WORK.
I was up until 4am. Had to work the next day. The representative (Mia - who is useless) suggested to keep trying. I did. You would think being sleep deprived the night before - they would work. Nope. Still saw 3 am.
Representative (Mia again) said no returns or refunds. Here is her response:
However, I do need to be upfront: we're unable to issue refunds based on claims that the product didn't deliver expected results.
Pretty sad.

Like everyone else here with 1star reviews. I was scammed too! Some authority needs to intervene and shut this company down. I am currently trying to get a refund for an order I never placed so beware if you click on their pages as you will be setting yourself up to be robbed and also setting up a direct debit! Paypal were no use even though they are most likely aware of this companies illegal activity.

This company is a scam. I requested to cancel my order, a few minutes after I placed the order, as they charged me more than the advertised price. It is deceptive marketing. They refuse a refund, have many reasons why threy can't refund me.

First, like many others, I was taken aback that after choosing the "best deal" at 70% off and hitting the enter button, I was immediately charged with no landing page for review. Next, I checked online for the cost elsewhere and found no difference. It was then I felt this was a sham and immediately emailed Lunavelle that I wanted to cancel my order (this was 8:30 PM, so I was reasonably sure it was not yet packaged). After a couple of emails by AI, I am sure, I was told it would be easier to modify the order rather than cancel, and was given other avoidance statements. They were always quick to respond with a different "person" each time with canned remarks, which again suggests it is a front warehouse operated by AI. There was no phone number to talk to a real person and the website is very austere with contact information. I checked on tracking several times and saw the order was in transit, since my cancellation request was obviously ignored. It does say on the receipt page that this is a one-time order, so I hope I do not run into the experiences of others with additional automatic subscription orders. I received the order about a week later. So now, all that is left is to determine the veracity of their product information.

This company adds on items that you have not ordered through the way the order is processed ~ this is not the way an honest and trustworthy company works ~ I ordered £41 pounds worth and they charged me £73 pounds because they misleadingly add extra items at check out - they ask for your card details before confirming the order ~ don't buy !!
