This product is everything It promises - gentle and effective sleep aid without the groggy hangover of prescription or OTC aids. Lavender scent is subtle and promotes relaxation. I was diagnosed with PTSD after being at ground zero on 9/11, and have tried everything with only modest results. On week in with this product, and I feel I may finally (!) have found a safe, drug-free solution. Ordering is easy, delivery is fairly quick, and customer service offers solid support. Give it a try!

I've had trouble sleeping for a long time. Now after using the plasters for a few nights, I've not been waking up so often. I believe they become more effective with more time... and I have several months supply. So I look forward to good nights' sleep

I have difficulty sleeping throughout the night. I sometimes wake several times throughout the night and then have difficulty getting back to sleep. The first night that I used this sleep patch, I woke feeling like I had been in a very deep sleep, which is something that I have not experienced for a very long time.

So far so good! I slept through the night for the first time in a while.
The timed release formula allowed me to sleep through the night for the first time in a long time. It was amazing. I’ll keep using these patches on my wrist for as long as they are available. And no grogginess the next morning either. Great product.
