Like all other reviews on here , I got caught in the scam. I ordered what I thought was three boxes and at check out my order was doubled in seconds . They charged me £72 for an Oder of less than £30 . They are real con merchants, I immediately tried to cancel my order but was told by AI not doubt, the ordered had been processed. Even though no money had left my bank . I tried to stop the payment which was pending.
I had “ Mia” an agent, who told me I could return any boxes I did not need. They have not yet arrived and I see they are now in he UK having been through customs. They make out they are in USA but they are in China .
I intend to sent the boxes back. Although I doubt they would refund the money.
All I can say is AVOID these scammers . They need closing down . Buyer beware . I am sorry I never checked up before buying . I am usually more savvy. Lesson learnt.

Agree with all reviewers with 1 star rating. Everyone's story is the same with being charged for extra product not ordered. I do believe the responses are AI computer generated responses. Sad..........

I was misled by their ordering method.. when i realized what I had done I cancelled my order immediately but they took my money faster...their return and refund process is none existent.they make out they are helping you but they are not...I have had so many texts from them which are so confusing. Do not buy anything from lunavelle.. don't waste your money like I did. They are a scam and fraudulent

Ordered patches based on excellent reviews but after seeing reviews on trustpilot realised it’s a scam. Thought it was a British company, ordered 1 pack but landed up with 3 packs and £45 charges. Still waiting for delivery!

If I could rate this company -5 stars I would!!!

They are liars!!!

They sell 28 sleep patches for nearly £30 and promise a full refund 30-day money back guarantee if not satisfied.

But after arguing with them for days by email they will only offer a partial refund on any unused patches less return postage cost.

BE VERY AWARE - The way the website presents a second purchase page that makes you think you need to confirm your original purchase is a total scam

Nie wieder Produkte von dieser Firma. Erst wird man mit einem Angebot von 12eur gelockt und bei Abgabe der Bestellung sind es plötzlich 91,50eur. Dann kommt dass Paket nicht an wegen einer falschen Adresse. Dann musste ich dem Unternehmen sagen, das laut Sendungsverfolgung das Paket wieder bei lunavelle angekommen ist, da sie dann umgehend das Geld zurück überweisen lassen würden. Jetzt behauptet dass Unternehmen, das Paket wäre doch noch bei mir angekommen hätte man gesehen. Das ist das allerletzte, jetzt renne ich 91,50eur hinterher, dafür dass ich nichts bekommen habe. Echt unfassbar. Ich kann auch die belegen.

I've not received my item. They keep promising me sweep dollar. Look, they even email me saying that they have a problem with shipping. At the moment, it's been months with no product scum. Don't use.

WHAT AN EVIL COMPANY! I've had problems with every order of sleep patches (2 orders now)! They do it intentionally and use "fast shipping & processing" as an excuse why they can't issue a refund even though I reported the "error" within 1 minute of my order. the first order they "lost" my shipping address and fearing a scam, I refused to give it to them again. I checked and they DID have my shipping address so I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund and suddenly they "found" my shipping address. Then I got an email from them "rewarding" me for being a good customer by offering an 80% off offer for $8.99 a bag, which I accepted 6 bags and they tacked on 3 extra bags that I did not order for $13.33 each and then refused to issue me a refund. The patches DO work but if you use them daily like they recommend, they start to not work anymore. Needless to say, they have lost me as a good customer after the shady way they do business. UPDATE: after notifying them that I had placed negative review on Trustpilot, they issued me a $95 refund to make up for the 3-bag error. But their refund was for my entire order...all 9 bags! Maybe they're not "evil"...just stoopid!

Maybe it works, I don't know yet. But what I know is that their practices are very deceitful. First, I place my order from their site, but it DOESN'T specify if it is in US$ or CAN$. They keep popping up windows saying that this or this person from a CANADIAN city bought it. NO POP UP FROM US CITIES. So I assumed that the price was in CAN$. Second, I paid with PAYPAL, but their site charges you right away to PAYPAL, WITHOUT the chance to review your order before you approve it or cancel. I just found out that they charged me in US$, not CAN$. So at 69% exchange rate, it is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Third, RIGHT AFTER my order was placed, "ASTRONARA", not Lunavelle, send me an Email confirming that they received my order. THAY HAVE A BUTTON AT THE END THAT YOU CAN CHOOSE TO "CANCEL MY ORDER". I clicked that button right away to cancel my order. THEY ANSWERED ME 12 HOURS LATER THAT "UNFORTUNATELY, IT IS TOO LATE TO CANCEL MY ORDER, AS IT HAS ALREADY BEEN PROCESSED" (not shipped.....processed. A couple of months ago, I had exactly the same problem with another product (ORIVELLE), but it is the same company "ASTRONARA". If I had known is was ASTRONARA, I would never had ordered Lunavelle. Yes, they claim that ALL THEIR PRICES ARE IN US$ (false...there is no indication of currency on their site. They make you believe that you can cancel your order.....false, they say it is too late. Then, they say you have the option to ship back the product when you receive it, that when they receive it back, they will refund you....BUT. They don't cover the cost of shipping it back, so it is another $20 it would cost me. Then there is the exchange rate; I am being charge 69% on the purchase, but on the refund, I get only 41%. So, I keep loosing more money on the return process.

Lumvelle is definately a scam ! It's been 2 months and I haven't received my order. They tried to charge me for a 2nd order but my Discover card blocked the charge.

I have read some of the reviews all are true. This company is nothing more than a scam operating as a real business. My wife was charged 102.00 for a sample that was supposed to be 19.99 . Does anyone have an address for this so called company?

I fully agree with all of the other negative reviews,I was trying to order 1 patch as a trial ,they charged me for3 extras and a spray.This upscaling is disgraceful .You also can'cancel whilst ordering.Don't fall for this scam.It is too late for me,but please don 't order from this company.

The oversell and huge charge for this product has caused me untold aggrevation and angst. It was a mistake that I clicked the most expensive package. Now some time later they are making it virtually impossible for me to (a) return the packages; and (b) be refunded much of my money. I don't like the combination of herbs and the one patch I tried did nothing. I do not recommend this business as they appear not to have integrity. Sorry to say. I don't enjoy giving company's bad reviews.

Total scam. Lumvelle uses an automated email AI response service. No product, no refund. Waited over a month.

Ripped off..charged far more than quoted..hard to contact them. Don't use them.

Be extra careful when/if you are buying this product. Items were added to my order without my knowledge and agreement. Instead of $20 I ended up with $72. And they didn't sent the confirmation email to eliminate my chance to cancel the order immediately. The program designed the way you have actually say NO to every item they offered you as a promotion. They call it "upsell ". When I asked tor refund, they start playing games and playing for time, offering some extra percentage off the product I didn't order. And now I have to send it back, paying the cost of shipping. Absolutely ridiculous!
