I received the box without instructions on how to install them. So me and my electrician had to figure it out ourselves. Otherwise the product is class. Thanks

Hi,
Thank you for your review! To be more environmentally friendly, we provide a digital manual accessible via the QR code included in the package. There are also many tools and videos available online to assist with installation.
We’re thrilled to hear that you were able to install it smoothly even without the manual. It’s great to get the confirmation how easy the process can be!
Enjoy!
Kind regards,

Good website. Easy to find what we wanted. Excellent communication with the customer (we got immediate confirmation of our order and payment). Fantastic delivery time - we ordered the lamp from Poland and received it in a couple of days. Congratulations to the company and thank you from a very happy customer.

I couldn't decide where I should hang my lamp in my new livingroom. Now it's not a problem becouse I can change it every time when I will be in need - for example when I will have a party I can change my table or give it in another position becouse lightswing give me this posibility :) and it's important for me that I can do this without problem in One minute:))

The product is amazing!!
The product is amazing!!
I have received the product, a Lightswing® Single. The first thing is the speed of delivery, 5 stars for the delivery... but the packaging is exceptional, bag, case, box, screws, instructions, templates to make installation easier!! A real joy, another 5 stars for the packaging.
And finally, the cable and lamp installation system, I don't know who the genius was who came up with it but another 5 stars.
In fact, I'm going to buy another one... I hope to have the same great experience.

delay
Got some delay to prepare order and to deliver it. Information about week delay was available from the beginning, making an order, but it took few weeks to arrange and send the parcel without any notice. Local courier made further delay for delivery.
