Ullumade aka lightswing are an awful company. The article was never collected from the courier and returned to sender. Over a month has now elapsed and I just keep getting excuses why the haven’t reimbursed me because they can’t find it!! Yet they can see that it has been returned! I want my money back now!

Dear Marcus,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are very sorry to hear about your frustration and understand how disappointing it is when an order does not go as expected.
We have shared the tracking information with you, and according to the carrier's tracking details, the parcel was delivered to a GLS ParcelShop and was subsequently collected. Because the tracking information indicates that the parcel was picked up, we have been investigating the situation further to understand what may have happened.
Please contact us directly at support@lightswing.eu so we can review your case once more and work towards a suitable solution together.
Kind regards,
Team Lightswing®

Overall, happy
All is good except the fact that if you maximize the arm, it might bend a bit especially if your lamp is not lightweight.

Disappointing
I haven’t received my order yet and have had to call several times to find out where my order is, but each time receive either no response (after being told someone will contact me) I still don’t know what’s happened to my order and we have an electrician booked to install our lights on our renovation project but no light swing to install. Really disappointed, especially as I have had to chase it up with the company so many times myself, i can only rate this experience very low so far.
