Perfect
The product has arrived just on time. It is exactly like the web’s image and works perfectly.
Maybe to improve it would be better with spanish installation manual, but it is very easy just watching the videos.

Incorrect address.

Svar fra Lightswing
Hi Adam,
How unfortunate to see that you are not happy with our product/ service!
As it seems to be about an incorrect address, I would suggest to contact our support team via support@lightswing.eu. They are more than happy to help you as best as possible.
Charged my card, but hasn’t sent anything.
Charged my card, but haven’t sent my order and doesn’t give any more info.
Homepage said all of my order was in stock and now they ask for my review…
Earlier when I wanted to order with discount during Black Friday, then I couldn’t order, because they weren’t in stock.
Not sure what is going on, but this is not the way to treat customers.
UPDATE:
I have now wasted an hour going to the parcel shop the company claims to have sent the package to.
They don’t have any package for me.
Also it seems strange that the company can’t give me any tracking information, shipping company information.
I SEEMS TO BE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I’M NOT SURE IF THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM ME.
So there isn’t anything to ENJOY, except less money on my card and a lot of wasted time, and that’s not something I ENJOY.

Dear Klaus,
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience you've faced with your order. Your frustrations are understandable, and we recognize the importance of timely updates and accurate information throughout the purchasing process.
Regarding the missing information from GLS about the delivery to a parcel shop, we understand how this contributed to the confusion. After the mishap and contacting our customer support team, we tried to keep you in the loop as best as possible and attempted to find a suitable solution to rectify the situation and provide compensation for the inconvenience. We value transparent communication and regret not receiving a response from you, which led us to proceed with the reimbursement process.
Please know that we take your feedback seriously. We have refunded the full amount of your purchase. We apologize once again for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
Team Lightswing
very clean design and easy to use
very clean design and easy to use. however, the assembly is not so easy. you have to drill and cannot use the Swedish standard with hook and connector. it must be removed. but incredibly easy to use. the price is also very high

smart solution
First at all the smart solution to move the suspending lamp according to the position of the table anytime is needed. Easy to adjust , without making any new drill on the ceiling to change the electrical connection.
Amazing product and design. Also the support i received was exellent for any question i had. Im very happy and satisfied.

Thank you so much for your kind words! Really appreciated!
Las instrucciones no están en castellano
El producto vino sin instrucciones, y las instrucciones en la web no están en castellano.
Salvo esto, es un buen producto, de calidad y que te da una solución que no se encuentra en el mercado.
