Bella soluzione !
Non metto il massimo delle stelle perché era assente il manuale in Italiano, però il prodotto è conforme a quanto descritto e l'imballaggio e tempi di arrivo ottimi ! Consiglio l'acquisto!!!

Great product and easy to install
Great product and relatively easy to install following the easy instructions online. Now we have the light on top of the dining table exactly where we need it and it’s a plus it can be moved again. Delivery was fast. This is a pricey product but worth it.

Bad buying experience, wrong product, no customer service contact
Ordered the product, did not receive any e-mail of the order confirmation besides an email from paypal with the payment summary. No details regarding shipment. The product came however its the wrong length (they sent the wrong product). Their websites says their available by phone 9:00-17:00 monday through friday, but when calling you are immediately turned down by an automated respons that their not currently available. Hoping to get through on email.
Edit: They list support@ as their e-mail for Denmark. The e-mail were returned to day as their mail system "refused to received my e-mail". Attempted their phone line today again, same automated respons.

I ordered my product on 30 August and still not received on 9 September
I ordered my product on 30 August. The webshop promoted prompt delivery (if you order until 16 h, you will get it next day), which obviously seemed unrealistic, but I expected an average timing of a couple of days.
It is 9 September today and except for some emails nothing arrived yet. Today I received an email from GLS asking my data (address, phone number) for delivery, but without any specifics referring to this current order, so I assume it is still doesn't mean the shipping of my product but rather a spam or data fishing, as I provided the mentioned data at ordering the product.
On the product: although I haven't had the opportunity to see or use it, I chose Lightswing because it offered a unique solution that I haven't found anywhere else. Its great advantage and the most distinctive feature is that besides the slide function, you can also turn it around.
I hope that I will have the opportunity to really experience should it finally arrive.

An excellent solution to moving a lamp
An excellent solution to the problem with the position of my lamp. I have been searching for a way to move my kitchen lamp and haven't found any great solutions for that. Until now. The ligthswing is an easy install way to get your lamp exactly where you want it. The package was very good and the quality also. The lightswing is not delivered with a physical manual, you have to scan the QR code on the package to get it.
I strongly recommend this product.

You need to create concrete installation instructions, the .pdf version with short videos is insufficient | The Lightswing system is very clever and practical, especially if you do not want to rigidly define where the lighting is to be. The fact that you don't have to rewire the electrical system makes a big difference. The only thing that could be improved is the installation instructions, which are still inadequate.

Hi,
Thank you for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that the Lightswing® has made a big difference in your home!
On the other hand, we’re sorry to hear that the instructions were not clear enough. We hope that the various tools, manuals, explanations, videos and pictures we provide make the installation process clear and understandable. We take feedback seriously and will review how we can improve our instructions.
Kind regards,
