Light unit looks great, a solid build and a nice white finish.
Packaged very well no damage after shipping
The smart LED bulbs work well with APP as stated

Delivery from Netherlands in 2 days is impressive but I cannot comment on the product as I've ordered them in anticipation, meaning they may not be used for some weeks. The guarantee is good.

Lights arrived promptly and very easy to install. Pack of 6 LED batons for livery stables. The lights are so good I'm about to purchase another 2 packs!

Absolutely dreadful service. Chose to use this company as the site I usually use didn’t have the bulbs I wanted in stock and were quoting a two week lead time.

The product page for the item on LightExpert said they’d be dispatched the same day. But five days later, my order was still listed as pending. Contacted customer service about this and they replied a couple of hours later, claiming that a glitch had meant the order wasn’t processed properly, so they’d need to do it manually, but I’d get another email shortly after to confirm the dispatch once this was sorted. Email started with ‘Dear customer’ despite them having my name, and was not particularly apologetic. I’d mentioned in my email that I was disappointed given that I’d paid £5 for postage. Response did not even bother to acknowledge this.

48 hours later, still nothing. I contacted them again to ask that the postage be refunded as compensation for the wait, or if they were unwilling to do this, just to cancel the order entirely and refund the full amount. This email was never responded to and no refund was provided for the postage fee. The bulbs did dispatch later that day so I guess the LightExpert team thought they had no obligation to engage with me further and decided just to ignore me instead. Abysmal customer service.

Items were finally delivered a full 7 days after dispatch, so all in all a 14 day wait. Terrible experience from start to finish. Will never use again.

Lovely light good delivery

Great product, punctual delivery, reasonable price

Great product.Great value. Second time I've bought this product. Great lights.

Delivered quickly. Easy to install. Works great. Recommended.

Excellent company to purchase from . Ordered 3 replacement wall lights and they were delivered within the week.

They arrived safely packed . The lights themselves. I installed myself . As someone who has renovated her own home previously. I'm confident to have installed them myself .

Got some nice Filament bulbs and please to say these lights work really well.

Living out in the country I wanted Pir Sensor lights . So when outdoors at night they come on Automatically when some is near by . Perfect for puppy wee breaks .

Lights were easy to install. The wall fitting I installed first . Pulling through the existing wiring. Then wired up the lamp to the cable , the lastly secured the lamp to the wall fitting . Easy to do .

Highly recommend the lights and the company selling them . Will be back for any future purchases.

Thank you shirl

Great lights easy to use

well designed product at a fair price and well packaged, delivery from Netherlands quite quickly.

Excellent service and quality products, highly recommend

These give out plenty of light. I have installed them in my loft and it’s like being outside during the day. The only down side is I can now see all the spider webs! The bases are aluminium and very easy to fit as they just clip onto the 2 brackets. As the clips don’t have a specific location I was able to attach them to the roof trusses saving additional work. These were well packaged and arrived within a few days

Very Slim fittings good light output at 40W can be daisy chained.

Lights ordered, premium paid for quick delivery via Royal Mail. Turns out even as a co.uk, the lights wre shipped from europe
Even though full address was provided, the lights never arrived and the courier (NOT Royal Mail, even though selected and paid for) reported that the address was incomplete / wrong!
Cannot obviously comment on the lights themselves but overall very disappointing experience.
Could well be a good company let down by poor choice of couriers. Communication was fine and awaiting refund so will look elsewhere for UK distribution

The items never arrived.. communication was not good.. no explanation as why the items didnt arrive.. refund took ages as i had to wait till the package had been returned

Quick service , Good communication. good value

I've made 3 orders now and had no issues. Products have been as described, good quality and arrived in good time.

Great lights, and quick delivery and half the price of similar lights from Screwfix.
