Excellent company to purchase from . Ordered 3 replacement wall lights and they were delivered within the week.

They arrived safely packed . The lights themselves. I installed myself . As someone who has renovated her own home previously. I'm confident to have installed them myself .

Got some nice Filament bulbs and please to say these lights work really well.

Living out in the country I wanted Pir Sensor lights . So when outdoors at night they come on Automatically when some is near by . Perfect for puppy wee breaks .

Lights were easy to install. The wall fitting I installed first . Pulling through the existing wiring. Then wired up the lamp to the cable , the lastly secured the lamp to the wall fitting . Easy to do .

Highly recommend the lights and the company selling them . Will be back for any future purchases.

Thank you shirl

Great lights easy to use

well designed product at a fair price and well packaged, delivery from Netherlands quite quickly.

Excellent service and quality products, highly recommend

These give out plenty of light. I have installed them in my loft and it’s like being outside during the day. The only down side is I can now see all the spider webs! The bases are aluminium and very easy to fit as they just clip onto the 2 brackets. As the clips don’t have a specific location I was able to attach them to the roof trusses saving additional work. These were well packaged and arrived within a few days

Very Slim fittings good light output at 40W can be daisy chained.

Lights ordered, premium paid for quick delivery via Royal Mail. Turns out even as a co.uk, the lights wre shipped from europe
Even though full address was provided, the lights never arrived and the courier (NOT Royal Mail, even though selected and paid for) reported that the address was incomplete / wrong!
Cannot obviously comment on the lights themselves but overall very disappointing experience.
Could well be a good company let down by poor choice of couriers. Communication was fine and awaiting refund so will look elsewhere for UK distribution

The items never arrived.. communication was not good.. no explanation as why the items didnt arrive.. refund took ages as i had to wait till the package had been returned

Quick service , Good communication. good value

I've made 3 orders now and had no issues. Products have been as described, good quality and arrived in good time.

Great lights, and quick delivery and half the price of similar lights from Screwfix.

Only bought one product LED strip lamps, but it was superior to the old tubes and much cheaper. Working perfectly.

The guys at Lightexpert provided as much information as we needed to help us make an informed decision about the window films that would be best for us. They were patient and we did not feel rushed at all. They are clearly very knowledgeable! The installation was carried out very efficiently and the net result is excellent. The reduction in ultra-violet light through our full width, floor to ceiling south facing windows is very noticeable, as is the reduction in heat from the sun. My wife noticed immediately that she was able to read the newspaper in full sunlight without having to retreat into the shade as previously.

The items was on time. The solar lights are bright good value for money

I ordered 6 High Bay LED Lights – Philips Driver last week and paid extra for express delivery. However, I have only received 2 lights.

My order was split into two separate shipments without any prior notification. Unfortunately, the second shipment, instead of being delivered to me, was returned to the seller.

It has now been over a week, and I still haven’t received the remaining 4 lights or any communication regarding when they will be delivered.

To make matters worse, your website shows my order as “Delivered” and “Completed”, even though I have only received 2 out of the 6 lights I ordered.

I am very disappointed with this situation, especially since I paid extra for express delivery.

I would like an explanation as to why this happened, confirmation of when I will receive the remaining 4 lights, and a refund of the express delivery fee, as the service I paid for was not provided.

I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this issue.

Order was late - not dispatched the following day and took five days to arrive. No response from customer service despite the ChatBot saying someone would. Twice. Stock is located in the Nederlands, despite the .co.uk address.

Great service.

Av not recieved my light again were is it this second time av not got just refund my money now you said resend it out not again receved it not happy wont use yous again

Communication was good loads of emails about order and delivery. Delivery was quick. Product is ok but little flimsy the clips to secure light strip are not that strong or secure. However the light that it gives is far superior to my old strip lights.

Great choice of lights and simple process from start to finish.
