Communication was good loads of emails…Replacement LED light order
Communication was good loads of emails about order and delivery. Delivery was quick. Product is ok but little flimsy the clips to secure light strip are not that strong or secure. However the light that it gives is far superior to my old strip lights.

The wrong product was shipped and when I filled in a Return form I was told that my claim had been denied. I tried redress through customer services but was blocked from completing the form on the basis I had already returned the goods, which I haven't. There is no contact phone number and their physical address is in the Netherlands, even though they display a uk website domain.

Clear tracking and updates both from the seller and courier were helpful. The batten lights purchased are exceptionally bright, cheap, and very easy to install. Would recommend.

Barn Lights
The efficiency in supplying the various lights was very good. So far, very reliable. The products look sleek and fit with what we are trying to do to improve the lighting quality. There will be more purchases when everything I have is fitted.

Quick delivery of two items I ordered. Well packaged, so no chance of damage to somewhat fragile bulbs or in my case, striplights. Good, prompt company to deal with.

Having received the kit after 5 days I opened the package to find everything seemed to be in order, however there were no installation instructions and at first glance it all seemed symmetrical and would work regardless, however it soon became apparent that the track and then the lights had to be installed the correct way otherwise it would not work, some instructions would have saved a lot of brow beating.
