fast and easy

paid for the battery about an hour ago via paypal, received absolutely nothing upon completing the purchase (not even a confirmation page with order # on their website, not speaking of email..), there's no section on the website where you can see placed orders too.. Contacted them via their contact form, no reply.
I know that it might take some time but having such issues in the online shopping service nowadays is ridiculous..

update 1 (sep 26, updating rating from 1 to 3):
it seemed to be some issue somewhere between the website-paypal-my bank. The transaction was canceled, got my money back. Then I found another website of this company (battery-store.eu), the same battery costs a little bit cheaper but together with the delivery price it's almost the same. Anyway, ordered at battery-store.eu via paypal, got the order number this time :)

update 2 (oct 15, updating rating from 3 to 4.5):
so it took almost 3 weeks for the order to arrive (to deliver it to Lithuania), I was provided with some tracking site in Chinese where the parcel was seen to travel to various countries (in some cases it took 4-5 days for the status to be updated between the locations).
The order arrived in the well packed way (soft materials, a pair of screwdrivers, some plastic tools probably to ease the process of fitting the battery - nice touch!), not sure if trustpilot allows to share links, in case it does here's the photo (replace underscores with dots) photos_app_goo_gl/YvHkjszSYqhnQ1L37

I'll try to leave feedback in a several month after some use of the battery. If it goes well, I see myself using their services again

Very good extended replacement battery for my Panasonic FZ-M1.

However, After a purchase, they start sending super weird unreadable emails with a weird link that, when clicked, goes to here, to leave a review. Only non-weird in that email is my name, the word laptop-parts-shop.com, and the word Trustpilot.

Inizialmente sembrava tutto ok, anche se non era disponibile una batteria originale per il laptop.
Tuttavia, montata, ha funzionato, ma non ha superato l'anno di vita: è già esaurita.
Impossibile far valere la garanzia, consultando il sito.
Purtroppo credo di essere costretto a prenderne una nuova.

Battery works totaly fine for my cheap/noname tablet - couldn't find the battery via other sites like a mazon...,

site looks a little bit cheap but payment via paypal is little risk

no confirmation or infos via email about the order or delivery-status.

accettazione e spedizione rapidissima. Da parte della ditta ero stato avvisato di un eventuale rallentamento per la spedizione ,in dogana le batterie ricaricabili contenenti metalli pericolosi vengono esaminate in modo molto rigoroso .Non ho foto per la necessità di di montarla urgentemente.

They explaination is simple, easy to understand. They also have the one part I can't find it everywhere. Also ship faster than amazon cause I order some parts from there too. It's legitimate I still use it today no issues

I have a older HP laptop that I was unable to find a battery for anymore. Laptop Parts shop had the right one and I received it in a short time.

The battery I ordered arrived on time, as announced.
It is exactly the same as the original and was installed immediately.
Function and service life are ok.
