Only shop that offered the battery I needed. After I ordered, they asked for a foto of the battery I liked to replace, to check if I ordered the correct item.
The only dissapointment was, that they didn't mention that you have to pay additional customs fee, if the item has to be shipped to the EU.

SCHLECHTER SERVICE EVER, ich habe einen neuen Laptopakku gekauft, dieser war defekt. Statt diesen auszutauschen in einen neuen muss ich nochmal extra 16€ zahlen und warte 3 Wochen, statt der versprochenen 2-3Tage UND muss dann nochmal 8,50€ Zoll bezahlen. Heißt, ich zahlen für eine kaputte Ware und damit ich eine funktionierende bekomme, als Austausch, muss ich nochmal zahlen. NIE WIEDER, FINGER WEG! Der Kundenservice ist so unterirdisch schlecht, kein entgegenkommen, nichts. Ich soll beide Batterien dann wieder auf meine Kosten zurück schicken. FINGER WEG!
Ergänzung : für 5€ Rückerstattung und ständige Emails warum weshalb wieso, soll man die negative Bewertung in positiv abändern.

Laptop parts-shop has been extremely careful and supportive of my shopping experience. They have checked the battery type before the shipment (to prevent any problem), and also provided a quick support when I received the battery. The order was placed on August 6 and battery arrived on Aug 25 (less than 3 weeks during holiday season)

On Sep 17th 2022 I bought a battery for my Asus X571G laptop but after 9 months it doesn't charge anymore. It's stuck at 0%. I'm very disappointed by the quality of the product. Before ordering I thought I was going to buy an Asus battery as the image showed the Asus brand. In fact the product received has another brand. As I had an urgent need, I kept it while saying to myself one never knows.

UPDATE of Aug 6th 2023:
The seller offered me 5€ to delete my review and as I refused it told Trustpilot my experience wasn't authentic so I had to send the order confirmation to Trustpilot to prove my good faith.

Easy to order. After order was done I got a quick reply to send pics of my old battery so they could doublecheck that it really was the right product. Got a quick anser and The it got shipped. All creds to the company. On my behalf customs took some time but that is nothing the company can do anything about and they also informed that customs can take a while nowdays.
