They had the item unavailable locally
I needed a new battery for an older Lenovo laptop.Local suppliers said Lenovo were no longer making them.A web search turned up Laptop Parts-shop who hd some in stock at an excellent price. So I ordered one.
Strictly, it's not the same FRU but an identical later model. It was delivered within the timescale promised and fits and works perfectly in my laptop. run time about 4 hours (light load) as predicted.
Excellent service, recommended. SJ

Great supplier, although not very communicative.
Product arrived a week after order (Toshiba Satellite replacement battery). Part exactly as described, direct replacement, well packaged for shipping.
I took off one star because the only confirmation I got about my order was my Paypal receipt. I mailed the supplier asking about expected delivery times and heard nothing back, so was a little worried. However, it all turned out OK.
