Un anno di garanzia sulle cover che si rompono dopo neanche 5 mesi di utilizzo,
Mandi una mail e nessuno risponde,
Prodotti validi, finché non ti si rompono perché mal progettati e nessuno si prende la responsabilità di risolvere la problematica.
Quindi se comprate i loro prodotti sappiate che nessuna garanzia verrà coperta,
Come le spedizioni che dichiarano 3/5 giorni ma arrivano dopo un mese.

Do not order – Nilkin does not deliver and ignores refund requests

I placed an order with Nilkin on 26 March 2026. On 31 March 2026, their support replied once saying that they cannot ship to my country and offered a partial refund if I kept the order. I immediately asked for a full refund, but since then, I have sent multiple emails and received no response.

The merchant has not shipped the item, ignored my refund requests, and shows a pattern of not responding to customers. This experience is frustrating, unprofessional, and should be considered fraudulent.

I do not recommend ordering from Nilkin. They take your money but will likely never deliver the product or issue a refund.

Really good quality

I bought the Super Frosted Shield Pro Case for my Xiaomi 17 Ultra Leitzphone. It fitted perfectly! There's no wobble or loose material on the case at all.

I'm so happy I found the Nillkin case. The quality is so high and the grip it provides on the phone is amazing. It's much better than the other generic cases available for the phone. Especially given that not many other high-end manufacturers make cases for it.

In fact, I'm looking to buy more Super Frosted Nillkin cases for when my current one inevitably wears out.

Nillkin und QWERTY

Ich habe, wie viele andere, eine Tastatur für mein iPad 11“ pro M5 bestellt. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte Inateck noch keine passende. Genau das gleiche Problem QWERTY Tastatur. Der Vorwurf an Nillkin, dass sie nicht explizit darauf hingewiesen haben. Bei keiner Tastatur. Für mich war diese Tastatur nicht anwendbar, somit Anfrage per E-Mail und dann waren die 7 Tage vorbei. Kulanzangebot 10%. Nutzt mir ja nun überhaupt nichts. Dann ein besonderes Angebot 20%. Jetzt habe ich bei PayPal einen Konflikt eröffnet. Das 3.Angebot war dann 50% und ich kann die Tastatur behalten. Ist zwar immer noch nicht der volle Preis, aber allein die Rücksendekosten haben mich dann dazu bewegt, das Angebot anzunehmen. Die Kommunikation war während der ganzen Zeit schleppend, aber vorhanden.

Their product was not as described

Their product was not as described. When I requested to return the product they were slow to respond initially and then wouldn't provide any information on how to return the purchase. They are stalling and trying to prevent me from returning and getting a refund.

They ignored my cancellation email and shipped the item anyway

I emailed Nillkin support on the same day I placed the order and asked for cancellation because I selected the wrong model. The request was sent shortly after the order confirmation and well before shipping.

They ignored the email and shipped the item anyway.

The item arrived and their policy now states I must pay for return shipping to receive a refund. This situation exists only because they failed to process a clear cancellation request sent before dispatch.

There was no communication from their side at any point during this process. No response to the cancellation request. No acknowledgement. No attempt to resolve the issue.

This shows poor customer support and poor order handling. When a customer contacts support immediately after purchase to cancel, the order should not ship.

Now the burden and cost of fixing their mistake sits with the customer.

Based on this experience I would not recommend buying from Nillkin.

Avoid Nillkin at All Costs...

My experience with Nillkin was terrible from start to finish.

They delivered my order later than the timeframe clearly promised on their website. No updates. No explanation. No accountability.

When the package finally arrived, they sent me the WRONG color. This is basic order fulfillment and they couldn’t even get that right.

I emailed their support multiple times. Zero response. Completely ignored. No customer service, no apology, no solution.

What makes this even worse is that their products are priced like premium accessories but the quality is nothing special. You can literally buy similar cases on platforms like Temu or AliExpress for one-tenth of the price and get the same quality.

At this point, there is absolutely no reason to order from Nillkin. Overpriced products, slow shipping, wrong items, and nonexistent customer support.

I strongly recommend people avoid buying from them.

Wrong keyboard send, no return accepted. Money lost

Nillkin offered a case combo with keyboard for Galaxy S9+ for the german. It was not mentioned that there is no german keyboard available. They did send me an american keyboard and advised to change the software setting. They did not understand that the german keyboard needs 3 more keys. Return to china is to expensive. They offered a discount, which was never paid.

The customer support is amazing. Although there was a delay initially, once you've got them, they are very well trained and considerate. They always seek a mutually beneficial and practical solution. I would recommend this brand for their excellent customer support.

Brilliant, brilliant case

I'd been looking for a decent phone case for my Fold 7 for six months - I've tried tonnes and they've all been various shades of rubbish. I bought the Nillkin and was bitterly disappointed when it didn't arrive in the 3-5 business days the website suggested. I read the reviews and realised the 3-5 days is despatch and delivery could takes ages. In total, it was ten days. And the wait was 10000 times worth it. It's the best phone case I've had. I don't love the look of the back but, it makes the silhouette of my phone smaller, its solid, a great fit and my phone's a joy to use. If I could give it 6*, I would.

Disappointed with product

As a whole the case is not worth the money. There is no hing which cheaper cases have. The front facing cover is made cheaply not much front facing protection. It stated when purchasing that the delivery would be 3 to 5 days. Took 3 weeks and the packaging was damaged on delivery. I can't support this product if it won't protect my 2400.00 dollar investment!

Ich habe einen Bumper case mit keybord für Galaxy tab s9+ bestellt. Geliefert wurde ein falsches keyboard mit dem ich nichts anfangen kann. Auf 2 e-mail anfragen wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Selbst auf die Benachrichtigung von paypal reagiert nillkin nicht.
Ein absolut unzuverlässiger Verkäufer und ich kann nur abraten dortg zu kaufen. Egal wie gut die Produkte sein mögen - wenn sie ein Problem haben ist ihr Geld weg.
