I enjoyed this diamond painting kit from Fansells. The canvas was clearly printed with easy-to-read symbols, making it simple to follow the pattern. The drills were bright, shiny, and matched the colors shown in the design well. There were plenty of extra drills included, so I didn't have to worry about running out.

I started using Fansells just for their custom diamond art kits, mainly because of the quality but the price is very good too. More recently I have been ordering kits from their stock list. Better quality than the cheaper versions on the market and not a lot more in price. I have also had reason to contact the customer service side of the team and they were so helpful and happy to assist with my problem, which was solved very easily. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Over the last few years I've ordered more than 20 diamond paintings and 2 paint-by-numbers kits from Fansells, and I've always been very happy with the quality.

The only issue I've ever had was with my most recent paint-by-numbers kit, which arrived with the wrong paint colours. As it was a birthday present, I didn't have time to wait for a replacement. I contacted Fansells, explained the situation, and they refunded me straight away with no hassle.

Excellent customer service and a company I wouldn't hesitate to buy from again. Highly recommended!

I've bought 4 or 5 of these cross stitch kits, and let me say it's some of the best quality I've seen for kits. Most others have barely readable printing or confusing symbols, if you get them pre stamped. These are very readable! Will definitely be buying more! 10 out of 10!

This company is the best! I use them all the time to supply my small business. They are easy to work with and courteous. If I have a problem, they are quick to respond and will find a solution.
